Two rounds of through packingdoing all operations of SystematicThrough Packing For BG track with52KG / 60KG / 90R / 20 rail panels /3 rail panels / single rails / LWR railson PRC / Wooden / Metal sleepersetc. with any type of track structure ,including boxing and dressing ofballast provided for cushion 200mm /250mm / 300mm and stipulatedprofile for LWR / SWR curves / singlerails as per IRPWM / LWR manual asdirected by the Engineer - in -Charge including first and secondpacking at required interval ,squaring of sleepers ensuring correctspacing , gauge , alignment ,longitudinal and cross levels withboxing etc. complete to bring thetrack to required tolerances so as 19 tomake the track fit for the speed of50KMPH including all lead , lifts ,handling and re - handling etc. oftrack and points and crossing underworking traffic conditions or on newlylaid track as a complete job . NOTE :Payment schedule will be as under :( a ) 40 % payment will be made oncompletion of 1st.through packing . (b ) 10 % balance payment will bemade after picking up stacks &maintaining the track in goodgeometry up to one month aftercommissioning of line for traffic .. ( c) 30 % payment will be made oncompletion of 2nd through packingafter making the track toleranceswithin the range defined in specialconditions / specifications includingboxing , dressing and stipulatedballast profiling and making track fitfor the speed of 45 KMPH . ( d ) 20% payment shall be released afterone month from opening the trackfor rail traffic or handing over thetrack to open line , whichever isearlier including rectifying all thedefects as instructed by the Engineerat site.

Putting of ballast in track uniformly from the stack lying along the cessas per 20 requirement including boxing ,dressing as per latest specificationsor as per directions of engineer - in -charge at all heights , depths ,ascends , descends , all type of xings or any other obstruction withcontractors own tools and plants ,labour complete job . Lead 0 to 20

Hiring of heavy earth machinery orheavy excavator like poclain fordredging of river for making cofferdam including all labour , leadingetc. all complete .

Providing lighting arrangementduring night block to be availedbetween 20.00 Hrs. (night) to 6.00Hrs. (morning) in the section ofADEN/Spl on hiring basis withcontractors generator of minimum 5KVA capacity 6 halogen lamps of 500Watt operation and maintenance ofgenerator set & Halogen lamps withhis own labour, T&P transportationetc. The payment will be done foronly that day when Site Engineeractually required. Standbyarrangement has to be ensured byagency for any possible failure asblock may be burst on this account only
