Complete item rate for planning, designing, setting up, commissioning and operating Waste Water Treatment & Recycling Plant of 200 KLD Capacity in Single Composite/Compact Portable Modular Type Prefabricated Structure Tank with provision of recirculation of sewage/ effluent, based on Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) Technology to treat waste water and to reuse the treated water as per requirements including designing all modular and civil structures, electrical machinery, plumbing and processing equipments i.e, ancillary equipment as a Single Composite/ Compact Portable Modular Prefabricated unit of required size, design and capacity. The rate includes all items required for successful commissioning of the plant, assembly, connecting various components of all electro mechanical equipments, cost of civil structures, modular structures etc. and nothing extra shall be payable whatsoever the case may be which includes : (i) Supply, transportation, loading/unloading, erection, assembling, connecting various component/ subcomponent of all electro mechanical equipments (like pumps, blowers, diffusers, valves, pressure gauge, fine screen, coarse screen, air grid, MBR module, dosing pumps, screw press and all associated accessories, centrifuge, pumping units, membranes, etc. as per design. etc.), required for successful commissioning of WWRTP (ii) AlI major, minor and small value electro- mechanical equipments, required to be provided for successful 11 completion and commissioning of WWRTP (list of major electromechanical equipments, to be provided, is mentioned in the enclosed Technical Specifications and Special Conditions of Contract for guidance to the bidders and shall not be constructed as the complete list). (iii) Assembly of all components/sub-components including internal plumbing, electrical installation etc. (iv) Cost of alL Prefabricated MS tanks in 6mm/8mm thick for Aeration Tank, Anoxic tank, MBR Tank and rubber lined with min 4 mm thickness externally complete fabrication with internal flange, RCC, reinforcement & structures, nut & bolts, washers, gasket fitting for Water proofing, leak proof flange connections, pre treatment with anticorrosive paint, and post treatment after rubber line curing with steam for proper hardness. Rubber material should be natural with minimum thickness 4 mm pretreatment after sand ballasting of MS tank internally of 2.5 standard etc. (v) Construction and Integration of all civil structures, all Tanks ( aprrox sizes ) e.g. Equalization Tank, Oil & amp; Grease trap, Tube settler, Anoxic Tank (20.6mx1.0m/1.65m) Aeration Tank ( 3.2m dia x5.0 m ht. ) MBR/Membrane Tank (3.75m x 3.2m x 1.0m ht), Back Wash Tank (2.0m x.1.0m x1.0m ht), Sludge Tank(1.20m dia x1.25 m ht), Poly Dosing Tank (1.20 m dia x1.25m ht ), Chemical cleaning maintenance tank, Treated Water Storage Tank , Sludge handling Tank, 2 Nos. activated sludge pumps 10HP each, 2 Nos. centrifugal pressure pumps, Screw press, etc. (See complete description and conditions of NS item no. 1 on uploaded document of special condition Pages 1 to 39). 12
