Professional Washing of Single bed sheets duly Collecting from the Rest houses, Transporting to laundry, Washing in washing machine / laundry with approved quality detergent soap 8 / powder including ironing & paper packaging with contractor's consumables to the satisfaction of the Engineer-incharge, Pressing and Transporting back as per the conditions mentioned in the Additional Special Conditions.Note: Penalty for non-washing/improper washing shall be as per Terms and conditions of contract.

Professional Washing of Blanket/Quilt Cover duly Collecting from the Rest houses, Transporting to laundry, Washing in washing machine / laundry with approved quality detergent soap 9 / powder including ironing & paper packaging with contractor's consumables to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, Pressing and Transporting back as per the conditions mentioned in the Additional Special Conditions.Note: Penalty for non-washing/improper washing shal be as per Terms and conditions of contract.

Professional Dry cleaning of Woollen Blankets duly Collecting from the Rest houses, Transporting to laundry, Washing in washing machine / laundry with approved quality dry cleaning 10 agents including ironing & paper packaging with contractor's consumables to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, Pressing and Transporting back as per the conditions mentioned in the Additional Special Conditions Note: Penalty for non-washing/improper washing shall be as per Terms and conditions of contract.

Providing ,Recharge & Maintaining cable net (DTH/TATA SKY) and list of channel 11 decided by engineer in charge.Untimely/No recharge will lead to penalty as laid down in the Additional Special Conditions. Note: Penalty for non-recharge shal be as per Terms and conditions of contract. (Note: -Item unit read as TV-Month)

Providing Professional Caretaker Services by a Team comprising of atleast 2 (Two) personnel (two during day time and one during night time as per the shift timings mentioned in 12 Additional Special Conditions) for caretaking and assisting the visiting officers / guests in occupyingthe allotted rooms in Officers Rest houses at Lucknow . The work also includes general safeguarding of the Rest houses continuously day and night for all the 24 hrs. The team shall be professional as mentioned in Additional Special Conditions of contract. Notes: (i) Labour laws & Minimum Wages as circulated by the Ministry of Labour should be followed and payment to the personnel shall be made accordingly by the contractor; (ii) The Contractor shall ensure to maintain adequate number of manpower at all times and also maintain a pool of suitable standby manpower for deployment in case of rest and relief to the existing manpower Note- Non-deployment of personnel as required by Railways will lead to extra 10% deduction of remunerations for a day as per accepted rates

Providing atleast 1 skilled cook with an experience of at least 2 years in cooking North Indian and South Indian dishes in a reasonably good Institution/ Origination/ Restaurant / school/College (Service During day time and night time as per the shift timings )etc., in officers & apos; Rest House at Lucknow to cook tastily and nutritiously in a hygienic manner and serve breakfast , lunch, evening snacks and tea and dinner and to thoroughly clean and wash the plates , cutlery , dishes and the area after break fast-/ lunch/ evening snacks/dinner in all the three shifts of the day as mentioned in the Additional Special Conditions of the Contract on the days requisitioned and as directed by the Engineer - Incharge or the officers concerned duly ensuring adequate cooking materials, vegetables,fuel etc., reporting any shortage promptly to the representative of Engineer - In- charge and duly arranging for any emergency materials and vegetables as per the terms 13 mentioned in the Additional Special Conditions of Contract with all contractor's charges such as food expenses,Night allowance etc., and to the satisfaction of the Engineer - In- charge. the decision of the Engineer - In- charge regarding the adequacy of knowledge, experience, hygiene and efficiency is final and binding on the contractor. The person deputed shall have the prior approval of the Engineer - In- charge. Contractor to provide white overcoat with cap & shoes . Note(i) Labour laws & Minimum Wages as circulated by the Ministry of Labour should be followed and payment to the personnel shall be made accordingly by the contractor. (ii) The contractor shall ensure to maintain adequate number of manpower at all times and also maintain a pool of suitable standby manpower for deployment in case of rest and relief to the existing manpower.(iii) Contractor has to provide two set of uniform prescribed per year along with photo identity card and name badge without fail.(iv)Professional Cook Certification from recognized institution will be required for engagement and after approval of Engineer-incharge Note- Non-deployment of cook as required by Railways will lead to extra 10% deduction of remunerations for a day as per accepted rates
