Assembling, linking and laying BG Railway track complete including glued joints, SEJ with 52 KG/90R. New/SS rails of all lengths single/three rail panels on any type of sleepers, with track density M+4/M+7 on straight or in curves including cutting of rails wherever required for pairing etc. (Cutting of rails for linking of glued joints/SEJ/Level crossing and cropping of rails etc. will be paid separately under relevant items on new/existing formation/washable apron and wherever required 10 dressing of formation as per designed profile, fixing all fittings and fastening as per IRS drawings and specifications, provisions of super elevation on curves, katcha packing with stone ballast, ensuring all track parameters within tolerances as per latest provisions of IR P.Way manual/CE circulars. The rate shall also include lubrication of fish plated joints, maintaining correct expansion gaps, (Material required for lubrication such as graphite, Kerosene Oil, Black oil will be arranged by contractor at his own cost) loading leading and unloading P.Way material from yard within 200m distance with all lifts, ascends, descends, crossing of tracks, Nallah or any other obstructions under running traffic
