Item rate for dismantling of existing track including cutting of any type of rails, with any type of 6 sleepers with fittings etc complete as per direction of site engineer in-charge including all L&M, T&P, stacking of released materials at nominated place with average lead of 1.0 KMs with all leading,loading, unloading, lifting to any height / depth, all incidental works etc complete with manual / mechanical method. The rate shall be complete item rate, so nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rates whatsoever the case may be.

Drilling of holes by core cutter rotary drilling machine of size 40mm 60mm dia and 400mm deep in cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete bed blocks including cutting of reinforcement with contractors core cutter rotary drilling machine, power supply, lifting & slewing of girder by suitable capacity of heavy jacks & skilled and non skilled labour, scaffolding, diamond bit as a complete job.

Assembling of Pre-fabricated members of Girders after minor correction in welding, straightness, 8 grinding etc of fabricated members including aligning, levelling, positioning and joining with nut, bolts & drifts with the help of revolving road cranes of required capacity with all T&P such as nut bolts, drfits, spanners, torque wrenches for tightening of different type of nuts & bolts, levelling instrument for checking camber/deflection and other tools & plant as required for RDSO/third party inspection and after inspection unfastening/ detaching of assembled fabricated members of Girder.

Assembly, erection at ground level, cambering if required, riveting/HSFG Bolting with DTI washer 9 with contractor own material including painting if required except metalizing and launching of steel Girders of FOB including lowering & fixing on bearings to perfect level & alignment with all the temporary works etc complete as per specification, special tender conditions and detailed scope of work furnished in the tender and as directed by the Engineer In charge with Contractors own supervisors, labour, tools, plants all machinery, materials, consumables, taxes etc as a complete job and to be executed and paid as per special condition of contract.

Supply, fabrication, assembly & erection of structural steel confirming to IS:2062 Gr. 'A' / Gr. 'B' in Plate girders, FOBs, PP shelters, pathway and other steel structures & related items .Material to be supplied shall 10 confirm to specifications of IRS:B1-2001 for railways bridges girders, FOBs etc with latest correction slip up to date. members are to be fabricated in true alignment , line & level and square. All these fabrication works is to be done as per IS:B1-2001 specification with all tools, plants, labour and consumable store washer, drifts etc. and transporting the same to site to complete the work in all respect including painting with one coat of Zinc chrome primer confirming to 1S:104 followed by one coat of Zinc Chrome Red Oxide confirming to IS:2074 followed by two coat of Aluminium paint confirming to IS:2339 by contractors tools plants tackles if any , consumable store including supply of rivets to complete the work in all respect. All temporary arrangement, staging, scaffolding, including tools & plants.

Dismantling of corroded /worn out pitted / perforated members such as deck palate, top flange plate, bottom flange plate, main angle of bottom flange plate, pathway bracket conneeted to the girder or as directed by Engineer in charge including dismantling of track etc, if neccssary under traffic/power block or both as 11 per approved drg.& schemc as per the site requirement. Those members which are directly under track and required traffic block either during day time/ night time as the case may be for dismantling including punching of rivets. The cost of dismentling of track will be paid separately, the rate shall including making all type of arranement like provision of cc crib, scaffolding, challi, cutting & punching out of rivets without damaging any members ,with contractors tools & plant packets & all consumable store and ensure all safety precaution for men & material and passengers.

Dismantling of various parts includingcutting of rivets and stacking of thesame in the store of SSE/Bridge withhe contractor's own T&P and labour itsalso include cost of temporaryarrangement used as scaffolding etc.

Extra for deduction over item , Item No. 52170, Item No. 041071, Item No. 041291 & NS-10 for steel supply. If steel is dupplied by Railway for fabrication as per prevailing rates of steel from sail including all charges

Earth work in excavation as per approved drawings and dumping at embankment site or spoil heap, within railway land, including 50m lead and 1.5m lift, the lead to be measured from the centre of gravity of excavation to centre of gravity of spoil heap:the lift to be measured from natural ground level and paid for in layers of 1.5m each, including incidental work, as per specifications-in All kinds of soils ( Ref Item:011011 of ussor 2010)

Extra over item 011010 for excavation in foundations for buildings and bridges to cover dressing to neat dimension and plumbing sides etc. Note : Dressing under this item is payable for the total quantity of excavation in foundation and not partly (Ref Item No.012010 of USSOR 2010)

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Ref Item 031012- Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified proportion excluding the cost of cement and of centring and shuttering - All work upto Plinth level: (ref Item No. 031010 of USSOR 2010) .

Providing and laying in position M 2 0 Grade concrete for reinforced concrete structural elements 18 but excluding cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement and Admixtures in recommended proportion (as per IS:9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge ( Ref item No. 041010) all works up to plinth level include raft foundation of washable approns, HS Tank, Pile cap, footings of FOBS and platform Shelter etc ( Ref Item No. 041011 of USSOR 2010).

Supplying and applying shuttering oil for mould releasing, having (Flash point 54 degree C and specific gravity 0.88±0.02) for concrete formwork to be applied either by brush or with spray machine to the entire satisfaction of Engineer Incharge (Ref Item No. 042040 of USSOR 2010)

Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars (ref item no 045011 of USSOR2010)

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75X25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm on angle iron or flat iron frame including all incidental work complete. Cost of frames to be paid separately under relevant item (Ref Item No.081120 of USSOR2010)

Steel work in built-up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete (Ref Item no.081290) Electric resistant or induction butt welded tubes ( ref Item No. 081293 of USSOR2010)

Providing and fixing 18mm thick mirror polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, 26 facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing etc. complete at all levels. Abu plain white marble/Rajnagar plain white marble/ Udaipur Green Marble/ Zebra Black Marble Area of each slab over1.0 Sqm (ref Item No. 099025 of USSOR2010)

Supply & installation of precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer in charge) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) thick Zinc coating 120 gsm asper IS:277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester 27 top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required (ref Item No.101080 of USSOR2010)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50mm +/-5% total 28 coated thickness (TCT) thick Zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS:277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling / self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I.plain and bitumen washers complete :Ridges plain (500-600mm) Ref item No. 101091 of USSOR 2010)

Providing and laying CC of specified grade cast in situ as per approved plan and mix design with coarse sand and stone aggregate of 40 mm (or 20 mm as per instruction of engineer at site if necessary ) nominal size for all height & depths in pavements, roads etc. including compaction of concrete by electrical/mechanical vibrator, providing and using admixture in recommended proportion as per IS-456 & 15-9103 concrete bridge code applicable as per approved mix design complying with minimum cement content. maximum water cement ratio and slump as specified produced by R|MC plant/ automatic computerized batching plant and place using 35 concrete pump including designing of concrete mix, making required slop and camber, providing and filling construction & dummy joints with approved joint filler (conforming to grade B of IS 1834) rounding of the edges making and filling the grooves as per drawing. Finishing exposed surface of concrete including cost of steel form work curing concrete applicable, including all lead by transit mixer (Grossing of stream, nallahs railway tracks, level crossing or any other obstruction such as traffic jam whatsoever), lift pumping ascend, descend, loading, unloading handling wastage if any cost of all safety work and safety precautions with all labour, arrangements for cold weather and hot weather concrete as applicable taxes and royalty etc. as a complete job as per specification and as per direction of engineer in charge. Nothing extra will be paid on any account. The rate will also include cost of OPC cement and admixture (plasticizer, super plasticizer or retarder etc) as per approved mix design.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M25 grade cast in situ as per approved plan and mix design with coarse sand and stone aggregate of 20mm and down gauge in raft/open foundation, pile cap and all works upto plinth for all heights and depths including compaction of concrete by electrical/mechanical vibrate, providing and using admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 456, IS-9103 & concrete bridge code applicable as per approved mix design with minimum cement content, maximum water cement ratio and slump as specified in special conditions produced by RMC plant / automatic computerized/electronic batching plant and placed using concrete pump including designing of concrete mix, 36 finishing the exposed surface of concrete, curing of concrete as required. Including all lead by transit mixer (crossing of stream, nallahs, railway tracks, level crossings or any other obstruction such as traffic jam etc.) Lift, pumping, ascend, descend, loading, unloading, handling, wastages if any cost of all safety works and safety precaution with all labour arrangement for cold weather and hot weather concreting as applicable taxes and royalty etc. as a complete job as per specifications and directions of engineers in charge. Nothing extra will be paid on any account. The rate will also include cost of OPC cement, admixture (plasticizer, super plasticizer, or retarder etc.) as per as per approved mix design. Payment of reinforcement steel including cutting, straightening, hooking, bending, binding, placing and keeping and maintaining in position including cost of binding wire and shuttering will be arranged by contractor and payment will be made separately under relevant items of USOR- 2010) 1:3:6 with all material complete

Providing and fixing of self supported arch shaped mechanically seamed trussless galvalume roofing system such as Proflex or similar as approved by Engineer in-charge,made of superior quality structural grade steel,having 350 MPA yield strength,precoated galvalume sheet as per ASTM A 792 M of base thickness 1.0mm (tolerance +/- .02mm) with minimum coating mass as per AZM 150.Total coated thickness 1.075mm (tolerance +/- .02mm).Roofing should be designed as per ASCE 7-20 international building code 2002.The analysis shall be carried out for span and center archrise considering the required live load ,wind load ,dead load,and the seismic factor. The roof panel formation shall be done as per the required length and curvature using hydraulic profile machine to give it the trapezoidal shape in required curvature.In this process the width of the sheet reduced from .914 metre to 0.61 meter (tolerance +/- .02mm).The roof panel shall be lifted using a suitable crane and using a spreader bar and sling evenly placed to ensure no distortion of the panel during lifting and placing .The crane shall hold/support the panel till the alignment is done and completed using a plumb and water 37 tube and bolted into beam. These curved panels have interlocking formation and are crimped together using mechanical seaming machine,which imposes a load of approximately five tones to insure the seaming of required rigidity.After seaming a clear epoxy lacquer is applied on the inner sideof panel end in 15cm width to form a protective layer between panel and concrete beam.These panels are installed over existing water proof concrete gutter beams having beveled edge to recieve(support) curved panels.Beams shall design for arch reaction and vertical loads.Plaster shall not be applied on the beam.Schmidt hammer test of the concrete should be carried out before erection to ensure that the anchor bolt can be securely fixed on support .In case of steel structure a steel runner plate of 6mm thickness and G.I sheet gutter of suitable size shall be provided for installation of panels ,G.I anchor bolt of required sizes and type with G.I washer and neoprene washer shall be provided as per design.After installation of panels ,trapezoidal voids are created between gutter-beam and panels which should be covered by a flashing fabricated or brick masonary which is to be paid seperately. Area of this roof shall be measured along the peripheri of hem-top between end to end of panels.Ridge and valley shall not be taken into consideration for measuring length tranverse to peripheri. The rate includes supplying ,fixing,loading unloading ,hire charges of all plants machineries,anchors,fasteners,washers,bolts,epoxy,paint and all wastage etc.complete,The rate includes supplying and fixing accessories and fixtures like hangers/clamps for installation of lighting/fixtures/utility/duct as per requirement.This item shall be executed only by the agency,which has all require manufacturing machineries and neccesary expertise.
