Boring and trenchless cabling along with supply and insertion of HDPE/DWC self lubricated pipes as per RDSOSpec no. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Ver 1.1 or latest of 120mm nominal dia in the bore at the depth of 1.4 meter to 2.1 meter from formation level (level of earth below ballast) as per drawing and as directed by Engineer Incharge by trenchless technology for laying of signalling /telecom/power cable under track /culvert etc. cable laying covered separately. Inspection-RITES for Supply of DWC/HDPE pipe. The following required coupling arrangement should also be supplied: 1. Suitable snap fit couplers with rubber O ring, 2. Spacers, 3. Tees. 4. Bend. 5. End Cap(1 no. =6mtr ,Straightpipe). (A) Thecost shall include horizontal boring through any intermediate obstruction, either natural or man made or any boundary etc. (B) The rate is inclusive of all the materials equipment and labour required for during trenchless horizontal boring under the railway track. Nothing extrashall be admissible on any account than the ratequoted above. (C) The Pipeis to be laid underrailway track/road /culvert. All necessary arrangement are to be provideand all precautionsare to beend is not deviated from the horizontal level line by more than 250mm in horizontal and vertical direction. (D) The rate shall be inclusive of direction and protection of underground utilities encountered during boring. (E) The payment forboring shall be made only when DWC/HDPE pipe are laid in the bore.

Supply & fixing of GI troughing & Channel on girder bridges for carrying cables. Fixing 05 of channel with Girder to be done with hook/ 'J' bolts of suitable size to held the load of the troughing as per Drg. No trough . CSTE/3004 and CSTE/3006. This item also includes the filling one layer of Bitumen compound as per extant practice. (ii)Supply and fixing of GI troughing of size trough 150mm x 200 mm x 2000mm. Inspection: Consignee for supply portion.

Concreting unschduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement sand 06 ratio. It also includes the excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site incharge. The volume in cubic metres shall include the volume occupied by any CI foundation, trestle, MS angle or flat or GI pipe required to be embedded in the casting. Cement coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor.

Termination of all the cores of all type of outdoor cables after its laying on both 07 end.This also includes preparation of test report for core to core and core to earth on prescribed proforma for each core of the cable separately. This also includes dressing and lacing of cables on both ends.Proforma for testing and material for lacing to be supplied by the contractor.

Supply of terminal block M-6 (ARA terminals) Block 25mm centre small M-6terminal made of PBT as per IRS spec. No.IRS-S-75/2006(Rev.2) or latest & IRS drawing No.SA-23741/A (Alt. 4) or latest. Inspection: RDSO

Casting, concreting and curing of foundation and erection of App. Case single asper 09 Drg. No (NR/S&T/ Con/2.7/97). A layer of 3mm of Bitumin compound has to be provided between foundation and location box to prevent ingress of water in the base of location box.All material such as cement, sand, aggregate & anchor bolts shall be supplied by thecontractor. Contractor is required to execute all type of repair work of foundation if required during inserting the cable for termination.

Provision, preparation & fixing of backlite hylum sheet 910x600x6mm. App. case single involving wiring of relays. Funiture class wooden shelf of size 900x450x25mm duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside the single app case. . Hylum board shall be fixed on angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location boxes secured by nuts and bolts. This includes wiring, fixing of fuses, ARA terminal,fixing of Shelf type, 'Q' series relays & other type of relays on squire bars, fixing & jamming of cable with 2"salwood plank provided at the bottom. 10 This will includes opening, passing & jamming armour of each cable in the hole drilled separately for each cable through salwood plank & all cable entry points on location boxes, location huts, JBs, relay room/batt room to be closed with suitable masonary works covered with sand and plastering, writing description of terminal, drawing of circuits inside app. case. Painting from outside as well as inside with Red Oxide & Aluminium paint is covered separately. Size of lettering to be 100mm & as per site engineer's instruction.All materials such as teakwood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron, square bar, nuts &bolts etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. ARA terminal & HRC fuse will be supplied by the Railway.

Casting, concreting and curing of foundation of main signal as per Drg. No. NR/S&T/Con / 2.1/97 or latest.All material such as Anchor bolts cement, sand, aggregate to be supplied by the contractor.

Fixing of 2-aspect of colour light signal CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an offset bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top Concreting ladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle. Blanking of the ladder for a distance of 1 feet between the height 6'9"and 7'9"from the rail level by MS angle and MS sheet 0.6mm thick wherever required. This includes provision of wooden 14 ( sal ) cross arm 1Mx1M for CLS unit prior to the commissioning, fixing of AC / DC lit LED Signal unit and hood on CLS unit, wiring the CLS unit and fixing the signal.Elevation and distance of foundation from track shall be in accordance with schedule of dimension for Indian Railway published by Government of India & approved Drawings. All items for the above work except items mentioned in Annx B-2 shall be supplied by the contractor including following items. (i) U bolt for offset bracket. (ii) Wooden cross arm 1Mx1M (iii) MS sheet and MS angle for blanking of ladder (iv) Wire mesh guard, U- lock for unit , nuts and bolts etc for the following. (v) Supply and fixing of Signal Number Plate (Retro refractive type) with complete fittings as per standard railway practice.

Fixing of 3/4-aspect of colour light signal CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an offset bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top Concretingladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle. All material required will be supplied by contractor including indoor cables and wires of 1x1, 1x0.6, 3/.029, 16/0.2, 40x0.6, 40x1, 60x0.6, 60x1 dia.of copper conductor as per NR practice conforming to latest IRS S76/89 (Amd.3) or latest available specifications . Thisalso includes soldering, dressing, bunching, lacing, fixing of relay bases etc. and provision of LED indication box of vitalrelays in relay room if required and provision of potential free contacts of all relays on tag block for data logger as perinstruction of site Engineer.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of relay racks of size 2200mmx690mm (as per approved Drg. No.NR/S&T/CON/4.3/97A) made of angle iron size 45mmx45mmx6mm along with outer frame made of angle iron size65mmx65mmx8mm, fitted with M.S. squares bars duly galvanized, 21 descriptions strips to accommodate Plug-in-typerelays/groups/Point contractor units/ECRs/HMUs. All fixing material like antilting device, hylam sheets if required, bolts &nuts, washers, insulators, shoe, angle irons, flats, L-bolts, Catenary wires and cement concrete etc. will be supplied bythe contractor. This includes cleaning, priming by red oxide, painting & description etc. with ISI mark paints. On site inspection by Site Engineer

No. NR/S&T/CON/ 4.1 /97-A made of angle iron of size 45mmx45mm x 6mm along with outer frame made of angle iron of size65mmx65mm x 8mm duly fitted with Bakelite sheet of size6mm thick. This also includes fixing of ARA terminals & fusebases. supply of negative copper bus bar. Supply and fixing of hard wood of size70cmx 25cmx 4cm in the back forjamming of cables. 22 Scaffolding /cable carrier made of angle iron of size 35mmX35mm X 6mm and flat of size 25mm X 5mm to be fabricated and supplied as per instructions of site Engineer. Separation between two flats will be250mm or lessas per site requirements. All materials required for scaffolding/ cable carrier to be supplied by the contractor. Design and preparation of wiring diagram for Level-Xing MACLS on the basis of approved interlocking plan, typical circuit diagram and as per Railway practice and latest rules prescribed by the Railway and obtaining approval of the competent authority. Preparation of locking tables and dog charts to suit colour light signalling plan and obtaining the approval of the competent authority. In such cases, provision of loop earth consisting of more than one earth pit shall be done for interconnection of two earth pits copper tape of size 25 X 2 Sq. mm shall be provided by the contractor. The number of pits required shall be decided based on the resistance achieved for the earth pits already installed. The procedure mentioned above for one earth pit shall be repeated for other earth pits. The other earth so installed for the purpose of loop earthing arrangement shall be counted as separate earth. Supply by RDSO approved Firm, Installation of MFE is to be done by OEM as per standard procedure and pre commissioning checklist to be submitted duly signed by OEM representative and Railway Representative. Inspection: RDSO for supply portion.

Casting, concreting, curing of foundations of size (400mmx300mm) at surface and 1000mm deep and erection of retroreflective SLB/BSLB/SB/ calling on boards/Goods Warning Board/Passanger Warning Board as per Drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/7.4/97 or latest & provisions of SEM. It includes supply of retroreflective SLB/BSLB/SB/ calling on boards/Goods Warning Board/Passanger Warning Board. The SLB/BSLB shall be as per approved Drg. No.SA-2373 or latest. Calling on board should be as per Drg NO: NR/S&T/D&D/01/2022 or latest. Inspection by : Consignee for supply portion

Supply of electric fuse complete with fuse block (base) for Railway signalling non 37 deteriorating type lowvoltage fuse assembly 2Amp/4Amp/16Amp. to suit Specn. No. IRS: S-78/2006 and fuse block made of PBT/Polycarbonate as per IRS:S-75/2006 (Rev.2 & Amd.2) and drg no. 23748 (IRS), Alt-4 or latest. Fuse block shall besuitable for round head type fuses. Inspection : RDSO for both Fuse and Fuse block

Fabrication & supply of domino type operating cum indication panel for wayside 38 station/LC Gate as per RDSO spec RDSO/SPN/186/2004, Ver.2 or latest (if applicable).This includes LEDs, acrylic sheet etc. One panel consist of 96 dominos as per approved panel diagram. Inspection : RITES for supply portion.

Installation and complete wiring of optg-cum indication panel for mid section LC Gates. Per Domino

Fixing in position and commissioning of sliding barrier boom set (1 set will consist of two sliding barrier booms, one for either side of track) this includes carrying out civil masonry work at site like digging of pits for foundations, casting of RCC foundations, fixing of foundation bolts and 40 putting the casted blocks on proper alignment ( 10 Nos at each site of size 18"x18"x36"). This also includes loading, unloading and leading of all the material to site of work from the store of SSE Signal. Sliding barrier has to be made ready in complete working order as per instructions of Site engineer. Sliding gate, E type lock, T-2 lock and wiring materials will be supplied by the railways and all other material including cement, sand, aggregate (Ratio of cement, coarse sand and aggregate should be 1:3:6), nut bolt etc will be supplied by the contractor.

Supply, installation and wiring complete KLCR and its box in location boxes, supply, installation, wiring of heavy duty push button, LED indicator on MS sheet as per N.R. practice for crank 41 handle locking. This work includes fixing & wiring of magneto telephones as per instructions of the site Engr. This includes all materials such as heavy duty push button, LED indicator (10mm), MS sheet of 4.5mm thick, nuts and bolts, fixing materials for the magneto telephone, and wiring materials to be supplied by contractor. Inspection by - RDSO for supply portion.

Cleaning, scraping, painting and lettering of all newly installed and existing gears by the contractor for existing/new Level Crossing Gates.This includes supply of all painting materials and 42 marking of all the ckt particulars near terminal on terminal board/in apparatus case/Jn. boxes and fuse nos, relay and equipments nomenclatures as per approved terminal chart and provisions of SEM. All paints (ISI marked) with IS specification No. IS:15489:2004 Asian /Burger/Nerolac or similar make. shall be approved by Railway Engr.and painting materials to be supplied by the contractor.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrically Operated lifting barrier assembly as per RDSO Spec. No. RDSO/SPN/208/2012 (version 2.0) or latest consisting of 2 nos. of electrically operated lifting barriers, 2pedestals, 8 band circuit controller with limit switches of Siemens, hand cranks, 2 electric motors, 110V AC, withoutcentrifugal switch, 2 GI Boom in 4 sections of 8 feet each with 2 retroreflective stop boards, boom light boxes, MS counter weight, 2 nos. of boom 43 support for resting boom etc. The item also consists of following items: a) Supply ofmotorized boom locking /unlocking assembly with electrical coil complete (1 no. each) b) Supply of level crossing gatecontrol panel floor mounting type with switches and buttons sheet metal fabricated, (1 No) c) Supply of push button foroperating the gate with 2 No./NC contact, green colourclose & Amber-open, Siemens or Kaypee or similar make (1 no.)d) Supply of solid state electronic flasher 24V DC operated (1 no. each). e) Supply of dual tone warning bell with 20Whorn & 15W amplifier (2 no. each). Supply, Installation & Testing and commissioning of RTU : (a) Supply of RTU with 64 46 Digital Inputs and 16 Analog input as per RDSO Spec no. IRS-S-99/2006 or latest with power supply in the form of 12V/42AH batteries 2 nos.and 28V 7Amp charger 1 nos.
