Preparation & fixing of bakelite hylum sheet 910x800x6 mm and bakelite shelf 900x450x25 mm duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside all the app. Cases. Hylum board shall be fixed on an angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location boxes secured by nuts & bolts. Fixing of fuses, ARA terminal, plug in type Q series relays and other type relays on square bars fixing and jamming of cables with 2 inch thick salwood plank provided at the bottom. This will include opening, pasting and jamming armour of each cable in the 04 hole drilled separately for each cable through the wood plank & all cable entry point on location boxes, location huts. JB's relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry works covered with sand and plastering. Description for terminal drawing of circuits, inside app. Case. painting from outside as will inside with red oxide and aluminium paint is covered separately. Size of lettering will be 100 mm or as per instructions of Engineer at site. All material including bakelite shilf, hylum board, wood plank, angle iron square bar, wire and wiring material as per the IRS specn. nuts and bolts and other items shall be supplied by the contractor . Relays. ARA terminals & fuse only shall be supplied by the railway. App. case single involving wiring of relays. Inspection by Consignee

Laying of signalling/Telecom/power cables of different sizes as per drg. No. 05 (NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97) and as per cable route plan approved by Railways and meggering of cable before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cables. Meggering to be done for each drum seprately. Meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and submitted to railways. Inspection by Consignee

Supply and Fixing of GI.Pipe 75 mm dia, 3mm thick perforated at a distance of 20 CM 07 or less of required length at cuiverts/bridges/along the cutting sultably concreted at both ends as per drg.No(NR/S&T/CON/1.4/97) or at ASM office/other buildings suitably fixing it to the wall and at both ends G.I. Clamp of M.S. Flats bolts and nuts,to be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of Pre-lubricated HDPE Pipe duct, 40 mm dia 33 ID as per RDSO spec. RDSO/SPN/TC/45/ 2013, Rev. 2.0 Amendment-1 & amendment- 2 or latest. The item also includes 08 supply of all the accessories of HDPE duct like end caps, collars, bends, couplers etc. Inspection(i) RDSO/RITES if value of item in work more than 5lakhs (ii) Consignee subject to procurement from RDSO approved vendors if value of whole item in work less than 5 lakhs as per extant instructions by Railway Board. :Excavating and refilling of trench in Normal Soil to the level of ground with rammed 11 earth as per drg. No.(NR/S&T/CON/1. 1/97-A) so as not to form a drain 0.3 Mtrs. Wide & 1 Mtr. Deep on both side of the station alongside the track. It shall conform to the safe distance as per signalling and cable route plan in all type of soil, It also includes clearance of routes of trees & bushes. Inspection by Consignee

Boring & Trenchless cabling along with supply and insertion of HDPE as per RDSO 12 spec. no. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Ver. 1.1 of 120mm dia with 6 mm wall thickness in the bore for laying of Signalling/Telecom/Power cable under track/road/culvert etc. cable laying covered separately. Laying of S&T Cables of various cores/ pairs/ quads in trenches/ GI pipes/ RCC pipes/DWC pipes etc. asper the site requirement and as per approved cable route plan. This also 13 includes laying of cables in track crossings & road crossings.(Cables will be meggered before and after its laying by contractor under supervision of Railway Representative and he will submit the meggering report of each testing).Length of the cable laid includes the length of the cable coiled for termination purposes.(Inspection agency:- Consignee)

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous, unscheduled items in ratio 1:3:6 of cement, 14 coarse,sand and aggregate Item includes excavation,ramming of CC by using vibrator,curing and plastering with cement and sand mixture in ratio 1:4(aggregate will not exceed beyond 3.8cm). The aggregate cement and sand will be supplied bycontractor.(Inspection agency:- Consignee)

Supply and provision of OFC joint closure including splicing (24 Fibre) as per RDSO Spec No RDSO/SPN/TC/68/2014. The joint enclosures shall be TVSE or Raychem or FOSC or ROXTEC or 3-M Make (Similar or Better) inspection by consignee

Fixing of EC socket assembly complete with termination of 6-Quad , PIJF derivation 16 cable on the strip of 6pin EC socket box on a good quality laminated board/existing pole at SM building, wherever necessary as per instruction of site incharge at site. The work include metallic of the socket assembly using black enamel paint.inspection by consignee

Supply of EC socket box of FRP material as per RDSO Specn.No.RDSO/SPN/TC/44/2002 Ver.3.0 or latest (Material Inspected by RDSO)

: Supply of Half Apparatus case steel RE with 'E' type lock and key ward No.42 and handle as per drg. No. sketch no. RE/S&T/ALD/SK/219/82 and 221/82 with Alt. B Inspection by Consignee.

Casting, concreting & curing of foundation & erection of apparatus case Half as per Drg. No.(NR/S&T/Con/2.7/97). A layer of 3 mm of bitumen compound has to be provided between 19 foundation & location box to prevent ingress of water in the base of location box. All material such as cement, sand, aggregate & anchor bolts shall be supplied by the contractor. Contractor is required to execute all type of repair work of foundation if required during inserting the cable for termination. Inspection by Consignee

Painting from inside as well as outside with red oxide & Aluminium paint is covered separately. Size of lettering to be 100 mm & as per the engineer's instruction. All materials such as teakwood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron, square bar, NDT/HRC fuse bases, nuts & bolts etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. ARA terminal will be supplied by the Railway. Apparatus case half not involving wiring of relays. Inspection by Consignee

Supply & burying of earth electrodes pipe of 3 meter length and 50 mm dia pointed on lower end by tapering for a length of 150mm as per DrgNo.NR/S&T/CON/6.3/97 and connecting with lightning arrester or signalling gears asper standard practices. The item includes digging of pit in earth 3meter deep & fixing earth electrode pipe in it. Earth pipe shall be buried to about the length of 21 2.7 Mts after welding6 SWG wire at the lower end and fixing through nut & bolt atthe top. This includes casting of cement concrete enclosures as per Drg.No.NR/S&T/CON/6.4/97. The enclosure is to be plaster on all sides with cement & sand mixture of 1:4 ratio. The soil treatment shall be done as per standard practices. The item includes provision of earth lead wires and soldering of lead wires. The other end of the earth wire to be connected to block instruments/cable sheath/power equipment/apparatus case/relay racks or any other equipment as per the instructions of site Engineer &as per IRSEM. The earth resistance should be less then 1ohm. Inspection by Consignee.
