The rate also includes , for cutting and leveling formation of new bank / existing surface up to 15 cm from the original ground level up to required level as directed by engineer in charge including removing of vegetation , filling and dressing the surplus earth in slope/low level area of bank to ensure required grade as decided by the Engineer in charge including free lead up to 50 mtr, dressing of newly laid ballast cushion , katcha packing to required longitudinal and transverse grading to bring to fairly good geometry and final track tolerances wih provision with provision of correct expansion gaps according to temperature prevailing
