Supply, transportation, Installation, and supervision of Geo Synthetic cementitious Composite mat (flexible Concrete impregnated fabric hardens when hydrated to form a thin durable concrete matt) of thickness minimum 9 mm. The Geo Synthetic Cementitious composite mat should have tensile strength of 20 KN for both Longitudinal & Transversal as per EN 10319, Static Puncture Resistance- 3000 (CBR) (N) as per EN 12236, elongation at Break-40% for both Longitudinal & Transverse as per EN 10319, Compressive strength-40 MPa as per ASTM C 109 -2, Fire Resistance- Bs1- do, The Geo Synthetic Cementitious Composite matt shall be a CE certified product and shall be 5 laid in catch water drains, Line drains, side drains etc for construction of longitudinal drain between tracks and road alignment length, as per approved drawings. The work involves laying of Geo Synthetic Cementitious composite matt as per specification and methodology mentioned in the respective product literature in proper way with all required fixtures and fastenings/Anchors as a complete job as per instruction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge with contractors' own material, labour, with all lead, lift, T & P etc. The design and methodology to be approved by Railway prior to commencement of work. The quoted rate also includes cost of all materials, transportation and supply at site, installation, fixing, pegging, curing, preinstallation, surface preparation work like Jungle cleaning, removal of fencing as per site requirement, ballast removal, staking and spreading if required, surface dressing, soil profiling, earth excavation for drain and other miscellaneous petty work involved, backfilling and surface finishing etc. complete in all respect nothing shall be paid separately. Overlapping of 100 mm will be provided between two conjugative Geosynthetic Cementitious composite matts. The Overlap quantity shall be taken for measurement.
