Design, Fabrication, Supply, Fixing and commissioning of Feeder Pillar ( Size- 0.4 m.x0.4 m.x0.5 m.) made of Angle Iron size - 40x40x6 mm.covered from all sides with MS Sheet 20 11 SWG including door with hinge, locking arrangement, nut & bolts, Aluminum Bus Bar ( Size-35x5x400 mm.), Bakelite Gutka, cable glands, Earthing points, Cement, sand, interconnections etc. and grouting with sand & cement and painting with two coats of enamel grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer for antirust complete in all respect & as per site requirement.

Earthing with 40mm dia GI Pipe class 'B', 3 meter along earth electrode as per IS 3043 12 (Latest version) to achieve earth resistances less than 5 ohms including construction of masonary enclosures with hinged cover plate of cast iron/RCC (Heavy duty with lifting arrangement) with locking.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of complete 60 watt LED Street light 13 fitting, operating voltage single phase 230 volt AC, 50 Hz with suitable Pressure Die Cast Aluminium Housing and LED Driver conforming to CEE/NR specification no. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia 7/19 construction) double drum winch , Galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 18 luminaries symmetrically and its control gear boxes and its lighting finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Erection and commissioning of high mast with the help of suitable equipments. (a) Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and 14 templates including design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-15 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sq. Mtrs. at 2 mtrs. depth. (b)Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of 12 nos. 200 watt LED based Flood light fitting as per CEE/NR specification No. CEE/NR/121-Elect/PS/2018(Rev-3), dt. 28.06.2018 & PCEE/NR/121-Elect/PS/2019 (REV.-'4'), dt:04.11.2019 (Attached) or latest.(c) Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of twin dome aviation obstruction light with 2 nos. Note:- Warranty/Guaranty shall be claimed from the tenderer and not from OEM for light luminaries. The tenderer should replace the material at his own cost by liasioning with OEM. Security will be released after completion of Guaranty period of five years.
