Cleaning of surface to remove existing plaster (if any), dust and loosely adhering particles completely and repairing all Cracks & joints with polymer modified high strength mortar. Providing and laying waterproofing treatment by applying IZONIL Hard - 100% waterproof, breathable and drying, fiber reinforced 8 ready to use plaster in two layer at an average thickness of 15 mm (7.5 + 7.5mm), sandwiched with 110 GSM glass fiber mesh as per manufacturers specification, in line and level and finished smooth. Prior to application of Izonil Hard, entire surface should be water cured and bring to SSD condition. For increased adhesion , it is recommended to apply a cement slurry coat on brick wall before izonil application. Material and man power and for earth work in cutting & filling removal of sand dunes near track, leveling of ground etc. The vehicle shall run on Pucca, Katcha road and along the track. The contractor shall arranged road permit for vehicles for the state of Haryana, Punjab, UP & Delhi. complete job, So nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be."

Item rate for hire charges of Poklain Machine (Excavator/pneumatic breaker) for working day and 10 night, for digging of earth/ misc. surface under the track and breaking of RCC/CC during block for early completion of work required, including loading, unloding of earth, malba off from the site etc, including all charges, such as fuel, carriage, driver's wages, with all labour, material as a complete job. so nothing extra shall be paid to affect this item whatsoever the case may be.Deployment of Poclain shall be as per direction of EIC.
