The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, the required prior work experience includes: - Successfully completing at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. The value of the completed work shall be considered as the completion cost of work, which includes the final bill (gross amount) and the PVC amount (if paid). In case the final bill is pending, only the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered as the completion cost of work. For substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. The bidder's prior work experience will be evaluated based on the work experience certificate issued by a government organization or public listed company. The completion cost of work is considered as the final bill (gross amount) and the PVC amount (if paid). If the final bill is pending, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), is considered as the completion cost of work. For substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), is considered as the cost of substantially completed work.
