Supply and installation of illuminated indication Diagram Board of salwood with white sunmica top having aluminum angle of size 1"x1"x1/8" on all 4 sides duly painted for station working 5 rule diagram in Level Crossing. Board of size 1.2m x 0.6m x 20 mm thick shall be provided. The LED indications for signal, slot, rotary switch for signal control, gate man control key etc shall be provided near the signal/space provided on yard diagram board. It includes of all materials like LED, Holders ,wires, rotary switch, gate man control key etc will be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by Site Engineer

Casting, concreting and curing of foundation and erection of half app.cases of size 6 (670mmx760mm) and 650mm deep as per Drg.No.NR/S&T/CON/2. 8/97. A layer of 3 mm of bitumen compound has to be provided between foundation and location box to prevent ingress of water in the base of location box . All material such as cement,coarse sand,aggregate and anchor bolt shall be supplied by contractor . App. Case half will be supplied by Railway. Contractor is required to execute all type of repair works of foundations if required during inserting the cable for termination. Inspection by Site Engineer

Supply of apparatus case steel RE half with E type lock and key ward no.42 and handle as per drg.no. RE/S&T/ALD/SK/220/82 with Alt.B and 221/82 with Alt.B. Inspection by Consignee.

Preparation and fixing of bakelite hylum sheet 450x800x6mm and teak wooden shelf 450x450x25mm duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside all the app. Cases. Hylum board shall be fixed on an angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location box secured by nuts and bolts. This includes fixing of fuse ARA terminal, shelf type Q series relays and other type of relays on square bars, fixing and jamming of cable with 2 inch thick salwood plank provided at the bottom. This will include opening, pasting and jamming armour of each cable in the 8 hole drilled separately for each cable through the salwood plank and all cable entry points on location boxes, location huts, JBs relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry works covered with sand and plastering.Wiring description for terminal drawing of circuits, inside app. Case. Painting from out side as well inside with red oxide and aluminum paint is covered separately. Size of lettering will be 100mm or as per instructions of Engineer at site. All materials including hard wood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron square bar, wire and wiring material as per the IRS specn., non deteriorating type fuses with bases,catenary wires , nuts and bolts and other items shall be supplied by the contractor. Relays,ARA terminals only shall be supplied by the Railways. (i)Preparation of App. Case half not involving wiring of relays. Inspection by Site Engineer

Supply of Key lock relay, type TMA 24V DC with 2F/2B contacts configuration with different wards combination, details of ward combination will be provided during execution of work. Inspection by RDSO

Fixing and wiring complete KLCR and its box in location boxes, supply, installation, wiring of heavy duty push button, LED indicator on MS sheet as per N.R. practice for crank handle 10 locking/In a Box for gate key transmission . This work includes fixing & wiring of magneto telephones as per instructions of the site Engr. This includes all materials such as heavy duty push button, LED indicator (10mm), MS sheet of 4.5mm thick, nuts and bolts, fixing materials for the magneto telephone, and wiring materials to be supplied by contractor. Inspection by Site Engineer.

Supply & installation of Thermo shrink jointing kit for 6 quad cable and PIJF cable for Derivation/Temination joints at LC gates/pump house/different locations as per decided by the site engineer as per IRS:TC-77/20109 (Rev-2) with latest amendments. Inspection by RDSO.

Termination of all the cores of all type of outdoor cable after its laying on both end. 12 This also includes preparation of test report for core to core & core to earth on prescribed Performa for each core of the cable separately. This also includes dressing & lacing of cables on both ends. Performa for testing & material for lacing to be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by Site Engineer.

Inspection by consignee.

Supply of Motrized locking , Motor and Motor contactor as spares for ELB as 14 mentioned.-(a) Motorized Locking Complete 110 V AC with Limit switch =04 Pair (b) Motor 110 VAC 0.5 HP for pedestal =08 Nos. (c)Motor 110 VAC 0.25 HP for locking=08 Nos. (d)Motor Contactor 110 V AC (9 Amp) =20 Nos. (e)Motor Contactor 110 V AC (18 Amp) =20 Nos Inspection by consignee.

Supply of Timer , MCB , Mini Relay Transparent and warning bell as spares for ELB as 15 mentioned.-(a)Timer 110 AC=20 Nos.(b)Mini Relay Transparent =20 Nos.(c) MCB 10 Amp =20 Nos. (d) Warning bell (dual Tone ) with two speekers and 1 Amplifier with built in flasher (110 V AC ) = 12 Nos. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of Different Machnical part as spares for ELB as mentioned.-(a) Locking Plunger(chimta)= 12 Nos.(b) Locking rod (ss with nylon bush)= 08 Nos (c) Block per Motor contactor (1 No 1 NC)= 08 Nos (d) Locking lever = 05 Nos (e) cluch plate assembly = 04 Nos (f) Connecting lever for gear box = 04 Nos (g) Connecting lever for shaft= 04 Nos Inspection by consignee.

Supply of Lifting barrier booms of 32 fit suitable for electric lifting barrier gates from RDSO approved firm as per RDSO specifications RDSO/SPN/208/2012Ver.2 or latest and as case inspection by consignee.

Reflective Tape Yellow :- Highlighter grade retro reflective tape is made of non metelised polycarbonate micro primatice visible from 1000 meters highly durable ASI 90 specified reflection value will not detroinate as sure clean application and endures protection against seepage and dirt are to confirm compliance to ASI 90 size per four feet width in roll .Inspection by Consignee.

Supply of magneto telephone with all accessories as per IRS-TC-36/97 (Amd 2) or latest., Inspection by Consignee.

Fixing & wiring of magneto telephones with all accessories including Standard battery 20 box and 3 nos. Of RR cells in the ASM office with crank handle locations/ K-points and interlocked L- xing gates as per instructions of the site Engr. All fixing materials including Standard battery box and 3 nos. Of RR cells to be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by Site Engineer
