Design , Manufacturing ,Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cubical type LT panel suitable for 415V, 3 phase,4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated incompartmentlized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and cover, 3mm thick for gland plate, cleaning and finishing complete along with powder coating in approved shade, having1600 Amp capacity extensible type TPN Aluminum alloy busbar of high conductivity with busbar supports having short circuit with stand capacity of 31 MVA for 1second, 4 bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mmx50mmx5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections ,entire panel shall have a copper earth bar of size25mm x 5mm at the rear with 02 nos earthing stud. The control wiring with 2.5sq.m.m. PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, cable alleys, cable gland plate in 02 halves provided with following switch gear:(i) Incoming:- Two Nos. 1200/1250 Amp, 4 pole, Horizontal draw out type air circuit breaker (ACB) of fault braking capacity 50KA, (Icu=Ics upto 433 volt manually operated, fitted with interlocked door, mechanical ON/OFF and service/ test/ isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IS: 1397-2-1993 as amended up-to-date completed with following accessories for reach ACB. (a) Independent manual spring closing mechanism- 1 No. (b) Microprocessor release ( EMI & EMC certified ) for over current, earth fault and short circuit protection- 1set. (c) Analog 96mm square volt meter (0-500V), with selector switch and backup HRC fuses /MCCBs - 1 set (d) Analog 96mm square Ammeter meter (0-500amp) with selector switch and one set of 3 nos CTs of ratio 200/400/5A class-I accuracy and 15 VA burden- 1 set (e) 3 Nos. phase indication LED lamp with 2 Amp backup HRC fuse, breaker ON indication light with 2 Amp HRC fuse, test terminal block set, circuit as per standard practice, auxiliary contact for positive inter locking of the breakers as required -1 set. (f) Shut trip coil 220V AC (ii) Outgoing:-Four Nos. 400 Amp, 4pole, MCCB 50ka (iii) Bus coupler:- One Number 1200/1250 Amp, four pole Horizontal draw out type air circuit breaker (ACB) of fault braking capacity 50KA( Icu=Ics upto 433 volt)manually operated, fitted with interlocked door, mechanical ON/OFF and service/ test/ isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IS: 1397-2-1993 as amended up-to-date completed with following accessories for each ACB. (a) Independent manual spring closing mechanism- 1 No. (b)Breaker ON indicating light with 2 Amp HRC fuses, Test terminal block set, fuses, circuit as per standard practice, auxiliary contact for positive interlocking of breakers as required-1 set.(iv) Bus Bar - TPN Aluminum alloy busbar of minimum 1000 Amp capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves with support insulator for with standing fault level of 31 MVA for 1second.(v) Interlocking-Electrical through auxiliary contact of ACB's (incomers & bus couplers) & mechanical (castle key) interlocking should be provided to ensure that only one supply is available at a time on each section of the bus and to eliminate any possibility of accidently approaching two supplies at on one bus bar. Supply, erection, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT panel having One incoming MCCB range 400 Amp, 4 pole, having breaking capacity 50 KA with four No. outgoing MCCB range 2X160 Amp and 2X100 Amp , 4 pole, having breaking capacity 35 KA. The panel has 400 Amp. Copper bus-bar for phase and neutral. 6 The incoming feeder provided with Amp meter (0 to 200 Amp), Volt meter (0 to 500V) along with VSS, ASS. The incoming feeder equipped with in coming supply indication lamp. (make- of MCCB Legrand, L&T ABB.) The work includes removal of existing panel, detachment of cable from exiting panel, and masonry work along with formation of platform for erection of new panel. The incoming / outgoing cable in new panel to be terminated with suitable size cable gland and terminating lugs as per site requirement. For detail specification see technical scope of work. Repair /overhauling of draw out type LT ACB 800 Amp mounted on existing LT panels including 9 Overhauling , servicing, oiling ,greasing ,minor repairs and testing of electrical & mechanical part , connection of control circuits with suitable copper cable , operating mechanism , measuring instruments , control gears etc. as per site requirement

Repair /overhauling of draw out type LT ACB 2000 Amp mounted on existing LT panels including 10 Overhauling , servicing, oiling ,greasing ,minor repairs and testing of electrical & mechanical part , connection of control circuits with suitable copper cable , operating mechanism , measuring instruments , control gears etc. as per site requirement.

Repair /overhauling of draw out type LT ACB 400 Amp mounted on existing LT panels including 11 Overhauling , servicing, oiling ,greasing ,minor repairs and testing of electrical & mechanical part , connection of control circuits with suitable copper cable , operating mechanism , measuring instruments , control gears etc. as per site requirement.

Supply installation and testing monitoring kit for various data pertains to electrical energy, various 12 quantity analysis etc. of open access having all in one PC with 21.5 inch display, processer Intel core i3 , RAM 8GB, SSD > 512GB Windows 10 operating system with inkjet color printer , paper size A4, DPI-600X600, with network connectivity.

Supply of ISI marked LT XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed armoured with galvanized round 13 steel wire or steel strip cable size 4CX50 Sq mm with aluminium conductor suitable for rated 1100 Volts grade and confirming to IS 7098 Part-I -1988 with amendments No-1 or latest as per attached specification Make- KEI, Havells , Polycab, Gloster. Supply installation testing of CRCA Sheet steel, plug and socket distribution board provided 32 15 Amp MCB with 3P+N+E, number of way as per site requirement suitable for 10kA current capacity complete and conforming to IS:8623 (latest) and as per IS/IE rules and site requirement.MCB make- Havells, ANCHOR, POLYCAB.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 20 meter High Mast system with following work: Supply, erection/installation, testing and commissioning of 20 meter high mast system totally hot dip galvanized, inside outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity 50 meter / sec as per IS 875 part-3. The mast shaft shall be in two sections with one longitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential weld which can be joined by slip stress method. The system in including head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 12 luminaries symmetrically and its GC box lighting finals.
