The required prior work experience for the bidder can be fulfilled in the following ways: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The experience of incomplete/ongoing works will not be considered for evaluation. A simple weightage of 5% per year will be given to bring the cost of previous completed works to the current price level. In case of a Joint Venture, the experience of individual partners will be added together towards fulfillment of the qualification criteria related to experience, with the proportionate value of experience considered based on the actual share of the bidder in the joint venture firm. A Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate issued by the employer is required against the experience of similar work, containing information such as work order, BOQ, and TDS.
