Providing CC/RCC M-25 with 20 mm crusshed stone aggregate, coarse sand & cement in foundation, substructure & superstructure such as pier, abutment, wing wall, return wall coping etc. incl. bailing out 4 or pumping of water and laying concrete under water if required incl. supplying, fixing & removal of form work, with all cost including cost of labour, shuttering, mouldss, T&P materials, etc. with all lead, lift asscend, desscend, crosssing of track, nallah, fencing, river etc. complete job (Cement and ssteel will be paid separately).

M-30/35 Providing CC/RCC in foundation and substructure of bridges and structures etc. as per 5 approved drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in charge with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, coarse sand, fixing and removing form work, curing as required with all leads, lifts, ascents, descend, Airing of road, track, bund channel, fencing with all labour and materials including as per planm specification & as per direction of engineer in charge. (Cement & steel reinforcement will be paid separately).

Supply and mixing the admixtures such as accelerator, retarders, grouting admixtures surface retarders, super plasticizers of approved quality with contractor's tools and plants, labour, and materials including 6 loading, unloading, lead, lift, descent, taxes, royalty, freight, incidental charges etc. Complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Admixtures shall be confirmed to IS 9103- 1979 and shall beprovided from recognized manufactures such as FOSROC, MC. Bauchemic, Asian laboratories, ROFFE & PIDILITE & SICO etc. as approved by site Engineer. Payment shall be made consumed quantity only.

Vertical joint providing clean vertical joints 12mm thick between abutment, wings walls with a layer of thermocol supplied by the contractor.

Providing and laying blanketing material of specifications as per RDSO guidelines for design/construction of formation on Indian Railway track issued vide letter no. RSS/G/108/Heavy Axle Load dated 26.10.2016, using well graded granular material having Cu>7, Cc between 1 and 3, fines (passing 75 microns) between 3% to 10% minimum Soaked CBR value of 25 and compacted at 100% of MDD in layers of maximum 30 cm thickness in loose state using graders and compaction using vibratory compactors, top and side dresing to provide final formation as per designed profile. The rate shall not include compaction, which shall be paid separately. Note :- (i) If naturally available material do not meet the laid down specifications, the blanket material has to be produced by mechanical process using mechanical crushing or mechanical blending method or 11 combination of these two methods as given in the Appendix-C of RDSO Guidelines and Specifications for Design of Formation for Heavy Axle Load - 2009. The rate for this item is inclulusive of the production of material by mechanical process as per above mentioned RDSO guidelines and in case such mechanical process is not required to be used in providing and laying of blanketing material due to availability of natural blanketing material conforming to laid down specifications, the rate of this item shall be reduced by Rs. 250/- cum. (ii) The filter criteria and minimum EV2 Criteria as mentioned in the guidelines of 2009 is not applicable. (iii) The rate shall include cost of all field and laboratory tests except CBR tests which will be paid vide separate scheddule item. (iv) The Latest guidelines for Design/Construction of formation on Indian Railway track, issued vide RDSO Lr. No. RS/G/108/Heavy axle load dated 26.10.2016 shall be adopted for this item. The basic instructions (other than those contained in the latest guidelines dated 26.10.2016) detailed in GE: G-1 of 2003 and GE:0014 of 2009 shall continue to apply.

Providing Boulder backing behind wing wall, return wall, retaining wall with hand packed boulders & cobbles with smaller size boulders toward the back including all lead, lift, labour & other incidental charges as complete work in all respect. Payment for boulder/cobbles will be done extra

Providing and laying of filter media consisting of granular materials of GW, GP, SW groups as per IS 1498-1970 in required profile behind boulder filling of abutments, wing walls return walls etc above bed level with all labour and material complete job as per drawing and technical specification of RDSO Guidelines.

Providing and laying Pitching with stone boulders weighing not less than 35 kg each with the voids 15 filled with spalls on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications (Filter media to be paid separately under the relevant item).

Structural Design & Preparation of all Drawings of sub-structure and Super structure of Br. No. 15, 16 17, 35 of Span (1x6.10m) & 25 (1x3.05m) and 20 & 37 Span (1x3.60m) each of Bhagauli-Mehdawal line Section including Earthquake Analysis and as per relevant IS Code RDSO Guideline & Rly. Specifications etc. Duly Checked by IIT/NIT/RDSO including Submission of Design Report & Drawing in 03 Hard Copies, Soft Copy & Getting Approval of Railway Complete.

Printing of drawing on tracing paper/Cloth using black/Colors ink print.

Topographical mapping by Total Station Equipment (TSS) of yard curve etc. showing all existing 19 feature/structure such as road, rail, boundary, building, Nallah/Drain, electric, telephone line, water pipeline etc. using contractor own engineer, labour, tool & plant, equipment etc. complete. The work shall including mapping to the scale yard, curve etc. by TSS incorporatting field data in Auto CAD, Drawing (Soft Copy) to engineer in-charge required details. NOTE: Rate unit effectevly means per team, per day deployed for the work in site.

(USSOR item No. 014090) Earth work in embankment from Railway land for repairing of 20 cess/formation/level crossing, rain cuts etc. to make the surface to the desired level and slope to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge. The rate will include free lead upto 200 M, all lifts, descends, ascends, crossing of track/road/nallah etc. including breaking of clods etc and compaction by rollers/rammers/tamping rods etc. Note - This item is only to be paid when specially ordered in writing.

(USSOR item no. 013120) Earthwork in filling in embankment, guide bunds, around buried type abutments, bridge gaps, trolley refuges, rain bunds if provided, platforms etc. with earth excavated from outside railway boundary entirely arranged by the contractor at his own cost as per RDSO's latest guidelines and 21 specifications and special condition of contract including all leads, royalty, lifts, ascents, descents, crossing of nallahs or any other obstructions. The rates shall include all dressing of bank, to final profile, demarcation and setting out of profile, site clearance, removing of shrubs, roots of vegetations growth, heavy grass, benching of existing slope of old bank, all handling/re-handling. taxes, octroi and royalty etc. as a complete job. Cut trees shall be property of railways and to be deposited in the railway godown unless specified otherwise in the Special conditions of the contract.

(USSOR item no. 012130) Extra for mechanical compaction of earth/blanketing material filled in embankment with contractor's rollers of suitable capacity, type and size to achieve specified density as per22 specification, testing as per IS codes incl. cost of water, T&P consumable material and all labour as a complete job. The work is to be executed as per Latest edition of ""Guidelines for Earthwork in Railway Projects as per RDSO/2020/GE:IRS-0004 September 2020"" issued by RDSO, Lucknow.

(USSOR item no. 014050+014052) Turfing / planting, including all lead and lift, and watering as required until properly rooted, with. Note Initially payment of only 40% will be made. Balance 60% will be paid only after 3 months of maintenance period if the turfing is properly rooted. Turfing with. planted doob grass.

Item no.021510 of USSOR/2012 Hiring of JCB Machine (in good working condition) for levelling and 28 dressing ground / dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc. with contractor's labour, JCB machine, machine operator, fuel, etc. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

item no.021430 of USSOR/2012 Hiring and operating Multi-Utility vehicle of loading capacity one MT with sitting capacity of 4/6 persons, 4 strokes, 4 cylinders engine, factory-built metal body, cargo, box type or 29 passenger cabin type or both (with 24 hours availability), including cost of fuel, lubricants, major/minor repairs, salary of driver, toll tax, all other tax complete, operation and maintenance including running upto 1200 km in a month. The vehicle shall run on pucca, kutcha road and along the track. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicles for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old

Hiring of Road Crane of 25 MT capacity including necessary fuel, oil and operator etc. complete as directed by engineer in-charge. The contractor shall be responsible for arranging all types of permits required for movement of the Crane. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.
