The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 07 (seven) years. The technical eligibility criteria specify the following options: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works for each component, with values of: - 30% of the advertised value of each component of tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of each component of tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of each component of tender for one similar work. For non-composite works, the bidder should have completed: - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. The value of similar works completed is considered, including the amount and percentage. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% for substantially completed work, with the amount being the total gross amount already paid, including the Price Variation Claim (PVC) amount, if paid. The bidder should have completed similar single work, and the value of similar works completed is considered, including the amount and percentage. Additionally, the bidder can also fulfill the prior work experience requirement through a Work Experience Certificate issued by a Govt. Department/Organisation or a Public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years.
