Digging of trench of all kinds of soil up to the depth of 750 mm and 350 mm wide for laying of cable including excavation, sand cushioning of 80 mm thick around etc. with supply and placing of second-class bricks approx 10 bricks per mtrs. & refilling of cable trench with solid earth consolidating by ramming by 270 mm above the surrounding level over trench complete in all respect as per IS: 1255/1983.

Laying and connecting of XLPE 1100 volts grade (L.T.) cable of suitable size cable in excavated cable trench of above item as per IS:1255/1983 (latest version). Note :- XLPE (L.T.) cable will be supplied by the Railway at site.

Provision of VTPN distribution board 4 way as per IEC 61439-3, suitable for flush mounting and surface mounting, 100 Amps copper bus bar for each phase with two neutral bar, two earth bar and cable ties for cable management, fully insulated bus bar & shrouded Neutral bars, Improved Pan assembly for ease of 10 installation, refitted masking sheet, with provision for TPN MCB as incomer and SP MCB's outgoing, IP 43 with metal door with fixing & connecting. Design, Fabrication, supply, Fixing and Connecting of LT Distribution box made of 1.6 mm. thick cold rolled steel sheet of size 600 mm (L) x 450 mm (W) x 300 mm (D) with provision of double hinged door feeder pillar box (Cubical type) suitable locking arrangements, proper hole in the bottom for cable entry (incoming & out going cables) with cable gland of suitable size 04 No, MS channel of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm should be 11 fixed across the panel for grouting on the foundation, size 1220 mm high X 800mm length and 600mm width, (610 mm under the earth & 610 mm above the earth) earthing terminals and panel shall be powder coated (paint) greenish grey shade with supply and fixing of TPN copper bus bar 600 Amps of size 40 mm x10 mm- 01 Set with provision of water proofing and installation on Providing and making foundation to the above feeder pillar box (cubical type) in CC 1:2:4 with stone aggregate of size (1220 mm high x 800 mm length and 600 mm width) with fine finish to expose surface, to coats white wishing including excavation of foundation, making proper size hole for incoming and outgoing cables. Grouting of holding down bolt in CC (size of bolt 150 mm long 16mm dia) as per direction of engineer in charge at site.

Supply, making testing & commissioning of pipe earthing arrangement with GI pipe 'B' class , 40 12 mm dia 4.50 mtrs , long including accessories & providing masonry enclose with cover plate of 16 SWG M.S. having locking arrangement watering pipe ,salt ,charcoal etc. as per drg NO DRM / Elect/IZN /1-89 to achieve earth resistance less than10 ohms and connecting the equipment with 6 SWG G. wire as per site requirement .Earthing shall be done on the basis of code of practice for earthing as per IS:3043/1987.

Design, supply and fixing of arm bracket 1.0 Mtrs long made by 'A' class G.I. pipe 32 mm dia including 02 Nos M.S clamps with nuts & bolts for fixing of LED street light/flood light fitting on the existing/ proposed poles as per direction of engineer in-charge at site and connecting of LED street light/flood light with suitable size of copper conductor cable.

Fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of LED street light/flood light fitting 90/150 watt with supply, laying & connecting of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable, 2.50 Sq. mm from junction box to fitting at different station of Izzatnagar Division, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge at site. Note:- LED street light/flood light fitting will be supplied by railway.

"Design, supply & making of double door feeder pillar box made of 2.0 mm thick cold rolled steel sheet of size 600 mm (L) x 450 mm (W) x 300 mm (D) with provision of water proof, hinged door, suitable locking arrangements, proper hole in the bottom for cable entry (incoming & out going cables 05 No), suitable of MS channel of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 4.8 mm should be fixed across the panel for grouting on the foundation, 15 earthing terminals and panel shall be powder coated (paint) greenish grey shade with TPN copper bus bar 400 Amps - 01 Set, including supply, fixing, connecting, testing & commissioning of MCCB-100 Amps 04 pole - 01 No & MCB SP&N 32 Amps - 02 Nos in the feeder pillar box. Providing and making foundation for double door feeder pillar box (cubical type LT panel) in CC 1:2:4 with stone aggregate of [Size 1220 mm high x 800 mm length and 600 mm width (610 mm under the earth & 610 mm above the earth)] with fine finish to exposed surface, two coats white washing including excavation of foundation, making proper size hole for incoming and outgoing cables. Grouting of holding down bolt in CC (size of bolt 150 mm long 16 mm dia) included fixing of sub distribution box on CC foundation as per direction of Engineer in charge at site.

"Provision of outdoor type 415 volt pre cooling cum 110 volt battery charging box, made by 3 mm 16 thick mm M.S. sheet angle 40 x 40 x5 mm. The box shall be outdoor type, wall/floor mounted type, weather, dust and vermin proof MCCB fix type, Thermal magnetic release 35 KA, 01 No 63 Amps 5 pin (3P+N+E) 415 volts panel mounted socket with spring loaded cover & 01 No 16 Amps 3 Pin (2P+E) 250 volts Plug and 200 Amps Al. Bus bar for phases & neutral should be fixed on fiber sheet with PVC sleeve color coded. Note:-Box & all accessories as per Drg. No L/CEE/NER/GKP/09/01"
