Design, Manufacture and Supply of Electronic Interlocking System (Hot Standby) ) equipments asper RDSO specification no. RDSO /SPN/192/2019 Ver 2.0 with latest amendments (I/O gatherer or object controller OC, CIU (if required) ) for mid section Relay,Huts/Goomties for Auto-Signalling EI working in conjunction and in tandem with Auto E.I. being provided at Stations in North Eastern Railway Relay Room/End Goomties etc. (item wise break up cost and details to be supplied with unit, rate, quantity and brief description of their function should be listed by tenderer in Annexure). This also includes supply of all types of interconnecting cables, Racks/ Cabinets for EI/OC, Relay Racks, Connectors, Fixtures, mounting Arrangements, media converters, networking 01 switches, surge & lighting protection devices, power supply module compatible to RDSO standards & as recommended by OEM, wiring materials, consumables, communication equipment etc. & all required accessories to make Electronic Interlocking System comppatible with Auto Relay Hut as per Approved Signal Interlocking Plan. Inspection: by RDSO.However, items not covered under RDSO inspection, will be inspected by the representative of CSTE/Project/NER as per RDSO acceptance test format. The Input/output of Auto E.I. and other related informations shall be send/received to other adjacent Auto EI or Existing E.I. to take corresponding inputs/outputs wherever required for Indications/Interlocking processing purposes. or Esixitng E.I. to take corresponding Inputs/outputs wherever required for Indications/Interlocking processing purposes. Note:-- 1.Unit of 1 Nos = 1 No. Station/Auto gumty.

Modification/Alteration in existing EI (Electronic Interlocking) at Stations as per latest RDSO guidelines/TAN. It includes design and modification in existing Interface and Interlocking circuits and logic of EI system including modification in the VDU (Video Display Unit)/ CCIP (Control Cum Indication Panel), Maintenance Terminal (MPC), Data Logger, Relay rack wiring. The complete work should comply with the latest RDSO specifications and guidelines and as per approved SIP and circuit diagrams. All the material (Interface cards/relays/wiring/ material/ connectors/ fuses/ relay rack (if required)/ communication devices etc.) shall be provided by the contractor. The work also includes the supply of modified Selection table, Interface Circuits, VDU diagram etc (EI Related Circuit diagram). to suit the modified SIP. It also includes the carrying out of FAT, SAT (as applicable) jointly with Railways and satisfactory commissioning. All plans/ drawings/ circuits etc (EI Related Circuit diagram). should be prepared on AUTOCAD, copy to be supplied on Pen Drive and 02 sets of hard copies are also to be supplied. (Inspection by RDSO. However, items not covered under RDSO inspection will be inspected by consignee with manufacturer certificate.) Note:- Only QN1, QNA1, and QECX-61 will be provided by the Railway. Any additional relays or peripheral equipment required to make the existing system compatible with ABS as per the SIP shall be supplied by the contractor.

Supply of Multi section Digital Axle Counter (MSDAC) complete System including central evaluators, processors, final track clearance relay for each track section, Rest Boxes, Monitoring consoles, Diagnostic Laptop (4 Nos.) of suitable configuration at each evaluator location , LV boxes, detection points, mushroom housing for track side electronic, deflector plates and all other accessories as per RDSO's specification No. RDSO/SPN/176/2013 (Ver.3) with latest amendment/revision as per Technical Specification and Scope of Work mentioned in Tender Document. (Unit is per Detection Point (DP). Note: 1. There will be 2 Auto Relay Huts (ARH) in complete section and 6 stations where MSDAC systems are to be installed. There shall be minimum TWO nos. Central Evaluators at each location with all required accessories for (2 nos. of ARH) and 2/4 evaluator unit at LC to cater LC ASH and LC DAL and at GTNR to cater GTNR-ML section thus at 4 locations, 6 stations, including 2 block section (ASH-LC, LC-DAL, GTNR-ML) in which ARH is not available therefore evaluators for this section will be installed at station LC and GTNR. 2. Detection points are to be provided in redundancy on UP & DN line as per SIP/Roll Plan of ABS section enclosed. One Central Evaluator shall control main Detection Points of one line and standby Detection Points of another line and vice versa. For the communication between evaluator to 01 evaluator (RH to Station) Quad/ OFC Link (dark fiber) will be provided by Railway. Any other Networking equipment if required will be supplied by contractor at no extra cost. 3. Track sections controlled by one Central Evaluator of ARH will vary depending upon nos. of auto signals controlled from ARH. 4. Auto preparatory reset shall be provided in main & standby track section in case one system fails as well as supervisory reset feature. In case of both system failing simultaneously, manual preparatory reset through cooperation to be provided.5. If any housing is required to keep outdoor equipment, it has to be supplied with the equipment with no extra cost. 6. Maintenance free earthing (supply and installation) for track device/mushroom housing etc to be done by the contractor if required by system design. No extra cost/ payment will be made by this Railway. Supply of Diagnostic system from Remote diagnostics Tool set for wheel sensor mounting and maintenance of MSDAC consisting of torque wrench, ratchet, testing plate , measuring tape , screw driver, gloves and multimeter fluke 115 (1 Nos. per 42 DP). Installation, testing and commissioning of MSDAC complete set with all accessories consisting of complete indoor and outdoor equipment including reset box and monitoring console as per RDSO's specification No. RDSO/SPN/176/2013 (Ver.3) with latest amendment/ revision of required track section as per Technical Specification and Scope of Work mentioned in Tender Document.
