Modification/Alteration in existing Station EI (Hiatchi make- MLK based Electronic Interlocking) at Aligarh and Khurja station for provision of the MSDAC in parallel to the DCTC in complete yard as per latest RDSO Specs, guidelines & TAN. It includes: Design and modification in existing Interface and Interlocking circuits and logic of EI system including modification in the VDU(Video Display Unit)/LCP(Local Control panel)/ CCIP (Control cum Indication Panel), Maintenance terminal (MPC),Data Logger, Relay rack wiring etc. The complete work should comply with the latest RDSO specifi cations and guidelines and as per approved SIP and circuit diagrams. The work also includes the supply of All the material(Interface cards / relays / wiring material / connectors / fuses / communication devices etc.) required for modification in existing EI for this work and shall be provided by the contractor. The work also includes the supply of modified Selection table, Interface Circuits, VDU/ 1 LCP/CCIP diagram etc. to suit the modified SIP. It also includes the carrying out of FAT, SAT ( as applicable ) jointly with Railways and satisfactory commissioning. All Plans/drawings/circuits etc. should be prepared on AUTO CAD, soft copy to be supplied on Pen Drive and 06 sets of hard copies also to be supplied. Note- 1: Station EI includes the Auto Block East (ABE) and Auto Block West EI in station. Note-2 : The work also includes the direct interfaced of the Datalogger with Electronics interlocking system through Ethernet based serial port. All necessary hardware required for EI- Datalogger Ethernet based interface such as protocol convertor and switches are to be supplied by the vendor. Note-3 : The work also includes the provision of necessary arrangement in EI logic for Ethernet based EI-TCAS interface should be ensured. Also if Ethernet based EI-TCAS interface is already commissioned in the station, then EI logic should in such a way that it communicate all required bits as decided by railway to Kavach. Any modification required at Kavach end (Kavach Logic) to maintain the EI-TCAS interface would be the responsibility of the Railway. Note-3 : FAT would be conducted two round if SAT would not feasible at site.

Modification of logic in CTC/TDL according to the station logic.

Software modification and relay wiring of old and new relays/analog input in Data Logger to 3 communicate with the Data entry terminal of the ASM and pass the information through the Data Logger network. (for existing datalogger at Station and LSC). Note- It also includes wiring of the new bits to datalogger as site engineer. Note- It also includes Software modification of the existing datalogger to suit the EI- Datalogger Ethernet based interface.
