North Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: + Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender. + Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender. + One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. * For composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: + Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender. + Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender. + One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. * For subcontractors, the required prior work experience is: + At least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in last 5 years. The value of similar works completed is considered as follows: * The value of the final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) shall be considered as the completion cost of work. * In case of substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), as mentioned in the certificate, shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. The percentages mentioned are: * 30% of advertised value of the tender * 40% of advertised value of the tender * 60% of advertised value of the tender * 35% value of work to be subletted (for subcontractors) * 90% of the present contract value (excluding the payment made for adjustment of Price variation) for substantially completed work.
