The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work within the last 7 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed works with values of: - 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for one similar work. Additionally, subcontractors must have completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, unless the subletting work costs up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no previous work experience is required. The bidder needs to provide certificates, testimonials, and a list of past works, along with documents like audited balance sheets.
