Mechanized Cleaning of Agra Fort Railway Station( As per scope of work and as per appendix attached) Including labour wages, EPF 13%, ESI 3.25%, GST18%, Machinery, Chemicals & Equipment's charges, Electricity & conservancy charges and contractor profit. The tenderers should keep provision for expenditure on 01 statutory components like minimum wages, ESI,GST,EPF for contractual period for the labour requirement stipulated in the Appendix-G4 and the offer which do not meet these statutory requirement will be summarily rejected. if the total offer cost in financial bid by the bidder is less than the statutory minimum wages requirement under minimum wages Act, 1948 and provisions for ESI,EPF & GST, the offer shall not be considered. The minimum Wages will be taken as per the CLC rates circulated vide letter no. 1/8(5)/2019-LS-II dated 27.03.2019 and amendment issued from time to time.
