Feasibility study for construction of ROB in lieu of level Crossing- a. Conducting feasibility survey for construction of ROB at LC location or its nearby area up to 2 km in each direction having possibility of connectivity by road. Further after site selection, Joint feasibility to be conducted in presence of state authority and Railway officials of all concern departments and also preparation of joint site feasibility report for available Railway boundary w.r.t. existing Railway tracks along with traffic diversion plan. Joint feasibility report should comprise Sketch plan approved by state authority and Railway officials of all concerned departments, preparation of preliminary DPR b. Conducting Topographic Survey (Considering Tentative Length 800m to 1200m) on approach portion and plan is to be approved by Road authority. Preparation of Alignment Plan showing proposed ROB. c. Preparation of Preliminary General Arrangement Drawing for taking principle approval from CBE Conducting Geo-technical Investigation and preparation of Geotechnical Investigation Repot for all type of soil Geotechnical Investigation Report should be prepared based on relevant IS/BIS codes and from NABL labs. 1 Report should be submitted in 5 copies. Preparation of final General Arrangement Drawing and got approved from concerned divisional officers & Competent authority at HQ office. Note:- Total 5 sets of approved copies of GADs and |Plans shall be supplied by contractor free of cost to the Railways in addition to Original drawing in tracing film of 70 microns and soft copy in Pen Drive. e. Preparation of Land Acquisition Plan for ROB of nearby location villages in original tracing paper. Data for tracing drawing of land plan is to be collected from Revenue Authorities. showing proposed alignment of ROB, marking of center line of proposed alignment, land boundaries with distance & chainage including schedule of land such as numbers, name of owners. nature of land and area with circle rate under acquisition as per ROB requirements and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. f. Preparation of Details of Encroachment & Utility Shifting, if any (including list of religious structure details) marking the same on land plan g. Preparation of Detailed Estimate for entire ROB. Detailed Estimate of Railway Portion and Approach Portion should be based on latest IRUSSOR and CPWD DSR/ Latest available accepted rates of any govt./PSU deptt (latest available) h. Preparation Pavement Report for Approaches. i. Completed Detailed Project Report shall be submitted in 5 copies in spiral binding form.

Verification, alteration, modification as per field survey and providing assistance for finalization of award of submitted land acquisition proposal for private land/Government land. As per the proposal marking of points at site, verification of survey nos. with revenue records. Preparation of joint measurement sheet (JMS) as per point marked at site with DILR. Assistance for clearance of section 11/ 20A by clearing the objection if any. Preparation of documents for Section 19/ 20E & clear the object if any. After declaration of award , assistance in mutation of land for relieving and final marking the point at ground as per land acquisition made at 100m interval 1 at boundary & at 200m interval on center & at close interval at the location of curve. All point to be set with DGPS & all points and TBM along with traversing to be submit in Sr. DEN-I office. Payement Schedule: i) 25% of the accepted rate will be made after completing the field work, corrections of papers, if required etc completed for clearing Section -11/20A ii) 20% payment after completion of Joint measurement with DILR and submission of JM sheet. (iii) 25% payment will be released on clearing section -19/20 E including publishing in Gazatte notification. (iv) 20% payment will be released on clearing the observation during hearing of Final award. (v) 10% in Final bill after completing all land aquistion work including mutations of land to the name of Railway. Note: Necessary fees as required by state govt for various activities such as Joint measurment, paper publication etc will be born by railway.

Carrying out photogrammetry, topographical survey with hybrid technology unmanned aerial system to capture essential ground features and assets on yard area of railway stations and development of updated scaled yard maps Survey should be able to generate following outputs:- Topographical base map of 1:500 scale covering all features but not limited to building, track, platforms, yard boundary, electric mast, signals, FOBs, level crossing RUB, ROB etc. in DWG/DFX format. Contours at 1 mtr intervals with spot heights in 2 DWG/DFX format. 5 cm resolution orthophotos mosaic with clear visibility of all features in ECW/T iff formats(CAD Compatible). Digital Elevation Modal with spatial resolution of 1 mtr in ASCII/DXF format. 3D model in OBJ format. 1080p resolution Drone Aerial Videography. The rate will completed in all respects i/c all labour, material, T & P taxes, GST, loading, unloading, handling, rehandling, etc. compete job(Nothing extra will be paid on account what so ever the case may be). Unit of this item is Hectare.Payment condition : 60% Payment will be done after submission of initial drawing/ plan for change of alignment and rest 40% will be made after submission of final drawing after change of alignment fit for 160 Kmph.
