Modification/Alteration in existing EI (Electronic Interlocking) as perlatest RDSO guidelines/TAN. It includes: Design and modify cation in existingInterface and Interlocking circuits and logic of EI system including modification inthe VDU(Video Display Unit)/ LCP(Local Control panel)/ CCIP (Control cumIndication Panel), Maintenance terminal (MPC), Data Logger, Relay rack wiring. The complete work should comply with the latest RDSO specifications and guidelinesand as per approved SIP and circuit diagrams. All the material (Interface cards /relays / wiring material / connectors / fuses 01 / communication devices etc.) shall beprovided by the contractor. Th e work also includes the supply of modifiedSelection table, Interface Circuits, VDU/LCP/CCIP diagram etc. to suit the modifiedSIP. It also includes the carrying out of FAT, SAT (as applicable) jointly withRailways and satisfactory commissioning. Provision of auto reset of Axle countershould be on VDU (Soft Reset).All plans/drawings/circuits etc. should be preparedon AUTO CAD, soft copy to be supplied on Pen Drive and 06 sets of hard copiesalso to be supplied. Alteration involving modification from 11 up to 20 routes. (PerAlteration=Station) Inspection by :- RDSO for RDSO items, other than RDSOitems. Inspection by consignee.

Preparation of cable route plan, cable corage plan, selection table/RCT, location 02 diagram & particulars, CT rack particulars and cable terminationdiagram, meggering report, earth resistance particulars, traction bondingdiagram/track insulation & bonding diagram , SWR & SWRD and any otherdrawing/particulars required for PI/EI as per the technical specifications applicablefor circuit designing. Insp. By-Consignee (Lot=Lot/Station

Supply of Power wire (copper, multi stand) as per IS 2465/1984 & IS 694/1990 ( 1 x 16 Sq mm) 101 conductor each dia 0.45+/- 0.01 with insulation thickness of 1 2mm nominal conductor resistance 1.127 ohms/km and test parameters as per IRS(S)76/89. (Inspection by Consignee).
