The bidder's subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. The tenderer should submit relevant documents to support their work experience claim. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of their past experience, including the approximate value of contracts and the date of completion. The bidder should also provide a list of works completed in the last seven financial years, including description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of completion. The bidder is also required to provide a list of works on hand, indicating the description of work, contract value, approximate value of balance work yet to be done, and the date of award. The work experience certificate from a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years is also considered valid. The subcontractor's prior work experience should be in a similar work, with "similar work" defined as "Any work involving Provision of Train Display Board/LED display".
