North Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. The bidder needs to provide a list of works completed in the last seven financial years, including the description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, and other details. The required prior work experience for subcontractors is at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
