Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910 on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS : 1786 having minimum cross section as 23 mm x 25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufactrue's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, i/c fixing in manholes with 30 x 20 x 15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 C. Sand : 6 graded stone agg.20 mm n.s.) complete as per design.

Hiring of Diesel Engine (including cost of Diesel, lubricent & Operation)

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cable etc. including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm. in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m. in all kind of soil as per circular approved by Noida Authority. The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge.

a) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80mm dia but not exceeding 300mm dia

P/L following size of Finolex makes PVC pipes 6 Kg/Cm2 with required PVC standard special confirming to IS codes with latest amendment and lowering the same trenches and laying true to alignment and gradient complete I/c the cost of cutting of pipes for making upto length and making joints I/c cost of socket, plstochem PV-85 PVC solvent cement complete. PVC pipe must be confirming to IS : 4985-2000 with latest amendment Make-Finolex Industries Ltd. /Kisan/Supreme industries Ltd. (Rate As per Comparative Statement per Rm.)

a) 140 mm dia with coupler @ 6 Kgf/Cm2 Pressure with i/c all PVC standard Specials.

S/F of M.S. specials such as Tee, bend, collars, Tapers, Gap pieces, including flanged ends required painting, cutting, welding as per site requirement of MS pipe thickness etc. complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.
