The bidder should have completed similar works during the last 7 years, including cleaning and desilting of drains, cleaning and sweeping of roads, housekeeping of buildings and compounds, and mechanical sweeping of roads. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 20507670.06 - Two similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is 30761505.09 - One similar work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 41015340.12 These values represent 40%, 60%, and 80% of the total estimated cost of the project, which is 51269175.15. The bidder should have a sound financial position and be capable of executing the works in accordance with the specifications and within the specified time schedule. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, such as cleaning and sweeping of roads and drains, desilting of drains, transportation of garbage, and operation and maintenance of community toilets. The value of similar works completed is mentioned, with the total value of work done for each item ranging from a few thousand to a few lakh rupees. A penalty provision for not satisfactory work ranges from 0.50% to 2.00% of the contract bond amount for cleaning of roads, and a penalty of Rs. 5000.00 to Rs. 25000.00 for community toilet/urinal block work. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work, with the value of the work done being more than a certain amount in Lac. The performance of the firm should be found good, and they should be considered capable of execution of project of large magnitude more than a certain amount in Lac. The bidder should also have experience of similar nature work in Government/ Development Authority/ Townships/ ULBs.
