The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: * Experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited with Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU only. * The bidder should have completed: * Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender. * Or, two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost put to tender. * Or, one similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost put to tender. Specifically, the bidder should have completed works with the following values: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 17,924,052.00. - OR Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 26,886,078.00. - OR One similar completed works costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 35,848,103.00. The bidder should have completed similar works of at least 50% of the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The value of similar works completed should be at least: - Rs. 50 Lac for works costing between Rs. 10 Lac to Rs. 50 Lac - Rs. 2.5 Crore for works costing between Rs. 50 Lac to Rs. 2 Crore - Rs. 5 Crore for works costing between Rs. 2 Crore to Rs. 5 Crore - Rs. 10 Crore for works costing above Rs. 5 Crore.
