The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed one of the following options: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 40% of 8857291.00. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is 60% of 8857291.00, equal to 13285936.00 for two works, or - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 80% of 8857291.00, equal to 17714581.00 for one work. Acceptable experience includes works such as building construction, CC road, footpath, drain, box culvert, central verge, painting, common maintenance of roads, building, boundary wall, interlocking tiles, drain & cement related works. The bidder must have successfully completed works during the last 7 years with the specified options: 1. One similar work with an aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost. 3. Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost.
