The required prior work experience for the bidder is completion of similar works during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The bidder must have completed: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 380400. - OR Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 570500. - OR One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 760700. Additionally, for work experience of more than Rs 10 Lakh, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited with Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU only.
