The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific requirements for various key personnel. - Project Manager: Minimum total experience of 20 years as In-charge of major infrastructure works, with at least two works of underpass/subway including Diaphragm wall Technology/Pile Construction work that have been completed. - Dy. Project Manager: Minimum 2 years as In-charge of similar works (Underpasses/Subways by Diaphragm Wall Technology/Piling Construction work) and minimum total experience of 10 years. - Sr. Engineers: Minimum 7 years in the respective field, with preference given to those with experience in Diaphragm wall work and pile construction work. - Assistant Engineers: For Graduate Engineers, minimum 5 years in the respective field, and for Diploma Engineers, minimum 7 years in the respective field, with preference given to those with experience in Diaphragm wall work and pile construction work. - Quantity Survey Expert: Minimum 3 years in the respective field and minimum total experience of 5 years. - Environmental & Safety Expert: For Graduate Engineers, minimum 2 years in Environmental and Industrial/Construction Safety, with minimum total experience of 5 years, and for Diploma Engineers, minimum 5 years in Environmental and Industrial/Construction Safety, with minimum total experience of 8 years. - QA/QC In-Charge: Minimum 3 years in the respective field and minimum total experience of 5 years. - Electrical Engineer: For Graduate Engineers, minimum 3 years in the respective field, and for Diploma Engineers, minimum 5 years in the respective field. - Mechanical Engineer: For Graduate Engineers, minimum 3 years in the respective field, and for Diploma Engineers, minimum 5 years in the respective field. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 50% of the estimated cost of the work during the last 3 financial years. The bidder should also have achieved an Average Annual Turnover of 50% of the estimated cost of work. Additionally, multiplying factors are provided for equating the value of completed works of previous years to the current year. The bidder should also have a positive net worth and should be a profit-making company, with no losses in any of the last 2 financial years or any 3 out of the last 5 financial years, and the minimum solvency required is 40% of the total estimated cost put to tender.
