Bidders must have experience providing architectural and consultancy services for successfully completed similar projects (residential/non-residential building works of any number of stories) within the last seven years. This experience must meet one of the following criteria: * Three similar projects, each costing at least 40% of the estimated project cost. * Two similar projects, each costing at least 50% of the estimated project cost. * One similar project costing at least 80% of the estimated project cost. Proof of experience must be provided via certificates from the client organization; for private sector work, this requires a completion certificate, a Letter of Award/Contract Agreement, and TDS certificates. The value of past work will be adjusted to the current value using a 7% annual simple interest rate, calculated from the completion date to the day before the tender submission deadline. For work done outside India, certificates must be signed, stamped, and attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission. Certificates in languages other than English require authentication by the Chamber of Commerce of the respective country and attestation by the Indian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission, unless an Apostille stamp from a Hague Convention-designated authority is provided. Companies may use the experience of subsidiaries, proportionally to their ownership, but not that of parent or group companies.
