ANALYSIS FOR 6M SPAN CANTILEVER STRUCTURE WITH ONE VERTICAL POST: Supply, fixing & erection of builtup Cantilever Structure of 6.00M span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00M height (323.9 OD-1 Nos) as vertical member welded with 10mm M.S. plate at top & 10 mm M. S. Plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 40NB heavy class M.S. pipe for main, Horizontal, Vertical Truss Pipe and 32NB heavy M.S. pipe as bracing for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.9X0.9M of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation, 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast, R.C.C. with 1:1:2 Cement, Coarse Sand and 20 mm stone grit, including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts as per provisions of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral, vertical clearances and complete installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specifications Section 800 and IRC- 67 2022 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportations, Local Shifting, Erection of Signage Structure using Crane, inclusive of local taxes, royalty, etc, all T&P, machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.MoRTH 802, Rest Conditions will be as per ENC circular No.944/MT/60MT/SAMANYA VARG/2023-24 Dated:23-01-2024.

25.00 TO 30.00 M SPAN OVER HEAD STRUCTURE WITH THREE VERTICAL POST: Supply, fixing & erection of builtup Overhead Structure of 25.00M to 30.00M span comprising of three vertical posts of 6.00M height (323.9 OD-2 Nos, 406.4 OD- 1Nos) as vertical member welded with 10mm M.S. plate at top & 12 mm M. S. Plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 48OD heavy class M.S. pipe for main, Horizontal, Vertical Truss Pipe and 32OD heavy M.S. pipe as bracing for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size (0.9X0.9M-2Nos,0.9x1.2m-1 Nos) of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation, 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast, R.C.C. with 1:1:2 Cement, Coarse Sand and 20 mm stone grit, including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts as per provisions of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. Advance Direction Sign/Place Identification- 1220x1830mm/1830x1220 : Providing and Fixing of Retro Reflective 1220x1830mm sign boards made out of Diamond grade sheeting Type XI Printed by Digital Printer & Pasting overlay on it conforming to IRC-67: 2022 and ASTM D4956-09 specifications. The same shall be fixed over 4mm thick ACP sheet supported with Back support frame of 50x50x5mm mild steel angle. The bact frame shall be supported on 165.1OD mild steel iron Pipe post or as per structural requirement with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. . which shall be firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 450 mm X 450 mm X 1200 mm as per approved drawing. The Retro Reflective sign board shall have 10 year warranty issued by the original sheeting manufacturer. The contractor need to submit calcoast test report for specular gloss & fungus resistance test as per IRC 67:2022 for clearance of final bill.All boards must be printed via OEM approved Digital printer self owned with MTS warranty of OEM as per the IRC 67-2022. The reflective sheeting signage facia shall be covered with ultra voilet overlaminate transparant film 10 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from government test lab report of 3 year outdoor weathering test conducted in India condition test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. All Boards must be manufactured via. digital Printing process as per IRC 67:2022, & bidder must submit outdoor weathring test report of digital printed board as per IRC along with bid.
