Supply, Fabrication & fixing in position wooden cupboard shutter under working platform made out of commercial board 19mm CENTURY/GREEN PLY or eqvt. make fixed/ screwed in proper position divided in Three vertical part and each parts will have one double leaf & one Single leaf side hung hinged shutters with IInd class teak wood leaping 19x6mm on edges. The one no horizontal shelf with same board will also be provided in the middle. The front will have laminate with 1.00mm thick mica Marino/IPL/Green Lam or eqvt. make and inner exposed face will be painted with enamel paint two or more coat over one coat of wood primer. The job includes MP lock, parliamentary hinges, S/S handle, Ball Catcher etc. complete. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 100x10 mm

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Note:- Rates should be quoted inclusive of all Taxes, GST etc.

Supply, fabrication and installation of drawer unit of size 450 (w) x 610 (d) x 610 (h) underneath existing working platform consisting 3 Nos drawers. The drawer box and drawer will be made out of 19mm commercial board ISI Century/Archid or eqvt. make except bottom of drawer which will be 6mm commercial ply ISI Century/Archid or eqvt. make. The front will be finished with 1.00 mm laminate of Century/Merino or eqvt. make and inner surface will be painted with enamel paint of approved make & shade over wood primer. The job includes telescopic channels, SS handle, MP locks, teak wood beading 19x6mm on edges, Labour and T&P complete. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of engineer In-charge

Making chases up to 10.00x10.00 cm in walls including making good and finishing for bearing of slab.

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete: 100x75x4 mm

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick multiwall poly carbonate sheet in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

Providing & fixing Ano. Aluminum Handle/ American Handle 150 mm with necessary screws etc. comp.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing 100mm brass locks (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Dismantling of torn/damaged 6mm poly carbonate sheet on roof & sides including removing Gola chabhi fastener, including stacking the same at desired place as directed.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
