The bid capacity required can be expressed in terms of financial and experiential requirements. Financially, the bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of 150 Lakh (s) over the last three years. This can be calculated using the formula: Minimum Average Annual Turnover = Total Turnover for 3 Years / 3. Experientially, the bidder must have 3 years of past experience in providing similar services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. Additionally, they must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific criteria: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (9447911.824). - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (11809889.78). - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (18895823.648). The bidder must also have an adequate number of candidates registered for selection, following the specified multiplication factor based on the number of employees required: - For 1 employee: 5 candidates - For 2 or more employees: number of employees * 3, with a minimum requirement of 10 candidates.
