The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in road projects, underground utilities works, and other similar projects. The bidder should have completed projects with a value that can be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned in the scoring criteria, which includes: - Carriageway works: 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 30 marks - Footpath works: 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 10 marks - Street lighting works: 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 10 marks - Roadside landscapes works: 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 5 marks - Underground utilities works, including: - Power Line (HT/LT): 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 15 marks - Storm water: 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 10 marks - Sewer: 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 5 marks - Water Supply: 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 5 marks - Telecom (OFC): 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 5 marks - Gas: 50% of total length of package, with a maximum of 5 marks The bidder should have executed works with a value that can be calculated to meet the 80 marks requirement, with a minimum of 15 marks for underground utilities works. The value of substantially completed works should be at least 90% of the original contract price. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: - For Project Manager: 15 years of experience, with 5 years in integrated road projects. - For Site Engineer: 5 years of experience for B.E. Civil or 10 years of experience for Diploma Civil, with 5 years in road construction. - For Architect/ Urban Designer: 7 years of experience for B.Arch./Bachelor in Urban Designer or 5 years of experience for Masters in Urban Design or equivalent, with 5 years in urban landscaping work. - For Quantity Surveyor: 7 years of experience for B.E. Civil or 10 years of experience for Diploma Civil. - For Soil & Material Engineer: 10 years of experience for B.E. Civil. - For Surveyor: 5 years of experience for Diploma Civil, with experience in the power sector. - For Lab Technician: 5 years of experience. - For Electrical Engineer: 7 years of experience for B.E. Electrical or 10 years of experience for Diploma Electrical, with a safety license. - For Technician (Electrical): 5 years of experience for ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - For Safety Expert: Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety or Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 3 years of experience, or Diploma/Graduate in Civil/Electrical with 10 years of experience in construction. For Routine Maintenance: - For Site-In-charge: Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience. - For Assistant Site-In-charge: Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience. The bidder should also have an annual turnover of at least Rs. 6538.21 Lacs, and the value of work should be as per the BoQ. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of at least 10% of the estimated cost, which is INR 553.821 Lacs.
