For specific areas, the required experience is as follows: * Pile Work: Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, or one similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of this job in tender. * Water Proofing work: The bidder should have completed similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the current job in the tender. Alternatively, three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of this job in tender, or two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, or one similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of this job in tender. * UPVC Window work: Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the current job in the tender, or two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the current job in the tender, or one similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the current job in the tender. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for the general experience requirement.
