The bidder must have experience of successfully executing work, with specific requirements including: - One project of similar nature, costing not less than 80% of the estimated amount, - Or two projects of similar nature each costing not less than 60% of the estimated amount, - Or three projects of similar nature each costing not less than 40% of the estimated amount. The experience should be from the last seven years in organized sectors, with evidence of satisfactory execution of works. Additionally, the bidder should have a cumulative financial turnover of any three consecutive years out of the last seven financial years, which should not be less than one and half times of the bid value. The value of completed works and turnover shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7.00% per annum. Liquid assets should be 15% of the work value.
