The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The specific requirements for prior work experience are as follows: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have at least 2 years of experience in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder should also have executed at least X number of projects with a contract value of not less than Rs. yy for each contract of providing manpower services, and with the supply of xx number of manpower in each contract, in the last N financial years, with at least 2 years of similar nature of work experience. 1 Year(s) and 2 Year(s) of past experience are required for the same/similar service. The required prior work experience for the bidder is 2 years for same or similar services. Valid proof for meeting the experience criteria includes contract copy along with Invoice(s), execution certificate by client with contract value, or any other document in support of contract execution. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed services, - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed services, - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed service, - Rs. yy for each contract of providing manpower services, and - xx number of manpower in each contract.
