Supplying , laying , connecting , jointing and testing complete ductile iron pipe 150 mm bore confirming to IS 8329-2000 with spigot and socket ends , Centrifugally cast class ''K-9" , ISI marked , in any length , having inside cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing laayer of bittumen coat suitable for tyton joint including tyton gasket with each length of pipe & laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately .

M&L for brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 750 mm x 750 mm x 750 mm( internal dimension), with 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with two Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick (mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) , locking arrangement with lock and keys of godrej make ,PCC ( 1:3:6) 150 mm thick , type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick brick masonry built in cement mortar 1:6, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , typeC-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agreegate) , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary excavation and earth work etc all as shown in drawing & as directed.

Supply and errection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP 31 (LT 9.00 mtr long pole) complete confirming to IS: 2713 complete with CI base plate pole cap bolt nuts & screw with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws complete all as specified including consisting of following works:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & 1.57 mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavated of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate in padding concrete of size 1.2m X 0.6m X 0.10m complete all as specified and directed . (c) M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type C2 1:2:6 using 40 mm graded aggregated 1.2m X 0.6m upto GL complete all as specified and directed . (d) M&L for cement concerete for coping of poles etc type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete of size 300 mm above GL all as specified and directed. (e) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5mm above plinth block.
