M&L for providing and laying 2.50 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials in uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause No 803 of MORTH specification including cleaning of roads surface, heating the material within specified temperature limits for marking with all necessary arrangements required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "Cat Eyes " of size width not more than 130 mm and height not more than 20 mm made out of strong engineering high impact resistant polymer with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective in dry and wet weather conditions along road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of speed bumps/breaker made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 350mmx25mmx53mm and weight 1.2 kg (min) coloured black and yellow brand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 60mm) sloar powered blinking led light driveway Road studs of aluminium alloy made of high efficiency mono crystelline solar panel (2.4V/0.3 Watts) with 3 LEDs each side, the solar studs have automatic switching ON/OFF system under dark and bright conditions and each unit shall be completely independent. The studs made by robust all weather aluminium die cast housing with colour of LEDs as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Outdoor road traffic Convex Mirror 800mm Dia Polycarbonate Unbreakable Round Wide Angle Driveway Mirror, with Adjutable Brackets & Nuts Bolts with 50mm dia tubular Post of Length 3 Mtr for Hanging Mirror and including necessary PCC Eexcavation for fixing the post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F retro-reflective, Double Sided, Road Name, Signboards comprising of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel (ACP) mill finished or PDVF coated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the stainless steel frame with VHB tape, 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick provided through out the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front and back face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of IRC:67:2012 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired road name information message fixed on stainless steel frame including necessary clamps etc.. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Stainless steel frame shall be measured and paid saperatly)

S&F 50mm dia and 1.80mm thickness of stainless steel pipe for framing of sign board including cutting, welding and framing of stainless steel stucture complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs or tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20 mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills,steps; seismicand other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets andrailings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs etc

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- as per item above but except paver blocks

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in flooring and similar and finishing the surface fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 100mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all of quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius, old size brick built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( with 40 mm graded agrregate) in Surface channel or drains including necessary form works , stops ,moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including necessary forms mould mitred /stopped ends etc

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on surfaces fair faces of brick work and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as reqiured to faciliate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast manhole cover slabs in RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for seperately)

S&F (TMT bars) 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including M.S wire not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm & depth exc 50 mm but n exc 100 mm deep and removal from site to a distance n. exc 50 m complete all as specified.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen VG-30 grade, poured in the form of requisite height shape and width for rumble, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate Cement concrete as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F in repair road delinator made out of MS Pipe having outer dia thickness 1.4 mm and 1200 mm length duly powder coated in black/white colour and to be embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) with 3 nos x 75 mm high intensity prismatic (HIP) reflective tapes and MS pipes having powder coated jaali and mesh for reflector portion & for anti theft, below the reflective band of re/yellow/white colour high intensity micro prismatic type IV tape (as per IRC 62/2010) of 75 mm each shall be provided complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary excavation for embedding of MS delinator shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted this item.

M&L for PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer, complete, all as specified & directed.
