M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 3.5 mm thick thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 4.00m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 3.40m below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or , galvanised Iron pipe 50mm dia bore light grade for protection of strip, GI Pipe 20 mm bore light grade for watering, excavation and earth work, chamber PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) and 50 mm RCC chamber cover thick 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate), reinforced with TMT 8 mm dia bar @ 100 centre to centre both ways, and 10 mm dia TMT Handle, funel, wire mesh etc and connected to earthing test point, testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR 2009 Part-I.Note : Copper Earthing strip upto 7.5 metre length shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate and beyond 7.5 metre, the same shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Silica gel of good quality

Providing the cable fault locating Machine with necessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault in armoured 33/11 KV XLPE/PILCA insulated HT cable complete all as required and directed at site

Disconnecting LV/HV connection and earthing strip connection of the transformer and transportation of transformer to workshop for repair and bringing back to specified site after servicing/repair. Cost of transportation to workshop & back and installation after repair including electric/earth connection is deemed to be included under quoted rate by the contractor.

M & L for painting of transformer 33/11 KV, upto 2.5 MVA/2.00 MVA by means of spray painting with two coat of synthetic enemal grey paint including marking with stancile of capacity, location, MES No etc after cleaning of transformer complete by thiner and preparation of surface of transformer body, cable end box etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, and including spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as above item no.16 but suitable for LT side of transformer of 400 KVA to 750 KVA capacity

S&F in replacement of Porcelain Post Insulators conforming to IS 2544/731/2486 (Part II), IEC 383/168 & BS 137 suitable for 33 KV nominal system voltage complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover HV class type -II with size 450 x 180 x40 mm, all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of single phase potential transformer (PTs) oil filled type of 11 kv Indoor / out door type as per site requriment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Drain out Brass stop valve 25mm dia heavy duty all as per sample and directed.all as per sample

M&L for providing re-insulation like cotton tape/paper insulation on HT< side of strip winding and resetting the same in existing position and fixing the transformer core assembly in transformer housing/tank, making complete internal electric/mechanical connections, replacement of old sleeves, bolts, nuts, washers/wires, hooks etc. including tightening of all loose connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for Breather complete with silica gel for transformer upto capacity 750 KVA.

S&F in replacement of unserviceabile porcelain vitreous bushing of required size / shape (suitable for exisiting transformer ) for spindle of transformer of any capacity 400 KVA to 750 KVA 11KV outdoor/indoor type siutable for HT side all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of pin type porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including 1 galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts suitable for 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable brass spindle duly threaded at the end complete with nut bolts and washer suitable for HV side of transformer out door/ indoor type all as specified and directed at site for the following capacity suitable for existing transformer of required size/ shape for spindle of transformer of any capacity 2/2.5 MVA for 33 KV suitble for HV side all as specified and directed

Disconnecting , dismantling & complete overhauling of 33 KV Power Transformer/ 11 KV Transformerv of any capacity after drain out of transformer oil and kept in close containers for re use, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer & cores with chain pully blocks/crane, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and re-assembling of transformer

Routine and periodical cleaning around the area of outdoor switchyard of 33 KV Tech area, Chandmari and 11 KV sub stn RB, DRLM, T&GS, Nano & Polymer bldg, P29 transformer etc by cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees including surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever required complete in all respect or as directed.

M & L for painting of transformer 11 KV, upto 750 KVA by means of spray painting with two coat of synthetic enemal grey paint including marking with stancile of capacity, location, MES No etc after cleaning of transformer complete by thiner and preparation of surface of transformer body, cable end box etc complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying HT UG cables any type and any size after repairs and testing complete all as directed. ( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

All as above item no 20 but suitable for LV side of transformer 2/2.5 MVA capacity

M&L for taking out unserviceable winding of transformer and material and labour for rewinding with new super enameled double paper covered copper wire/ strip for HV/LV winding having existing size and giving proper insulation and de-moisturizing and before assembling the winding core and including primary testing, ratio testing, no load testing, core bolt insulation testing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rewinding and testing on load of transformer to be carried out through approved firm.

All as per above item No 23 but transformer capacity above 400 KVA and up to 630 KVA.

Taking down worn out CT & Supply and fixing in replacement of connecting and caliberation testing of Current Transformer ( Oil Cooled ) of 11 kv Indoor / out door type as per site requriment complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Cork Gasket & oil Seal HT & LT side connections and replacement of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

S&L bricks burnt for protection of cable Sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat across the cable with length of whole brick complete.

S&F in replacement of disc insulator , porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia bolt and socket type, white, brown and green suitable for 33KV(main receiving station)complete all as specified and directed.

Re filling of Transformer oil after centrifuging at satifactory dielectric strength complete after electric connections and testing at site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- If retrieved transformer oil's di-electric strength is very less than it will be replaced with new one in relevent items.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable HT UG cables any type and any size all as spfd and directed.

Supply laying jointing and testing H.T. XLPE Insulated , Screened PVC bedded ,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable(heavy duty) with aluminum conductor 11000 volt(E) grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part I ) of 1988 laid in trenches/Duct /on pole witth GI clamp, Nut, bolt ,Aluninum Lugs -as required and directed at site Note- Joints will be measured and paid seprately.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable brass spindle duly threaded at the end complete with nut bolts and washer suitable for HT side of transformer outdoor/ indoor type all as specified and directed at site for the following capacity suitable for existing transformer of required size/ shape for spindle of transformer of any capacity up to 750KVA 11000 volts grade all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6.00 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and protection with 40 mm dia GI Medium grade pipe and washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI strip 7.5 mtr long and plate surrounded with salt charcoal dust etc and 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering, excavation and earth wire including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type CI and 40mm thick pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type 30 reinforced width 8mm dia MS bar @ 150 C/C both ways, furnel wiremesh and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Filling of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting/dismantling in position for minor servicing/overhaul of 11 KV distribution transformers 100KVA to 360 KVA capacity for any type of leakage/defect at LT/HT bushing, gasket, drain plug etc., after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections, drain out transformer oil and keeping in close containers for re-use, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer if it requires, re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site, re filling of Transformer oil after filteration, complete after electric connections and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Filteration of transformer oil shall be taken in relevent items. (ii) If any minor items is required for smooth functioning of transformer including general cleaning of surrounding area and equipment also, the cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

Checking of old transformer oil received and re-filling the same to transformer after centrifuging of oil with 1250 ltr per hrs filtration machine. The machine continuously will run round the clock till obtaining the result of oil upto 60 KV die electric strength in 2.5 mm gap complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no.9 but size of 120 sqmm 3 core 11 KV

all as per item no. 18 but 11 KV grade suitable for LV side of 33 KV transformer

M&L in replacement of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with 32x6 mm Galvanised iron strip complete.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre width and getting out including forming bottom surface & sides to required slope/size as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as per ser item no. 14 but 1100 Volts grade suitable for LT side indoor type.
