INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION M & Lfor concealed point wiring on wall and surface wiring on ceiling/roof/trusses with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLSH insulated and unsheathed copper multistranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic conduit pipe medium grade ISI marked heavy duty in size not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly covered with bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick, ISI marked for mounting of switches / sockets, fan regulators with brass screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLSH insulated and unsheathed copper multistrand conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing complete all as specified and directed for one light /fan point, controlled by one, one way Independent switch

All as per item No 7 here-in-before but for one 5/6 Amp socket point controlled by other switch on same board.

Supply and fixing LED tube light fitting pre coated CRCA body heavy duty Industrial Batten with frame, driver etc in 21 W, 4 feet long including LED tube rod 21 watt self ballasted retrofit lamps with thermoplastic body 270 degree wide distribution CCT 6500 K white colour fixed on surface of wall / beam/ceiling etc incl making all electric connection using three core copper flexible cable white of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

S&F Street/Building security light fitting energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP-66 road way luminaries with high power LED as a light source with toughened glass of 45W LED fittings alongwith GI bracket made out of GI pipe 25mm dia medium grade of 0.75mtr length including 02 Nos. 25x3 mm flat iron clamps grouted on walls and provision of three core flexible of 1.50 sqmm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to lght fitting and other fixing arrangement as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure distribution board TPN, 4 poles ,double door, 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar vertical type including MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps 415 volts thermal magnetic base operated 16 KA as incomer with neutral link and maufacturer by OEM incl concealed in surface of wall and making all connection using gland , thimbles in required size complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of cutting /chasing/ plastering /colouring etc to match with disturbed surface shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Material & labour for cutting /boring to plinth protection/ hard standing / road etc in suitable depth to cross the GI pipe size upto 40 mm dia of bore for drawn through XLPE under ground cable for giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as directed.(Note : Quoted rate shall be included the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface complete all as per existing site and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply. Install, testing and commisioning of LT Panel in cubical housing cabinet, out door type, platform mounted (minium height 45 cm above normal GL and 30 cm below normal GL) , CPRI approved factory made, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof made out by 3.15 MM thick CRCA MS sheet of overall indicating size 1000 x 900 x 450 MM and full built upon angle iron frame in size 40 x 40 x 6 MM, having front and rear hinged both side openable doors and liffting lugs (02 Nos) , locking arrengement to be connect to earthing strip at rear side, bottom detachable both side openable ,gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers sheet steel bus bar chambers having front hinged covers with a set of electrolytic grade high conductivity. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment. The panel shall be epoxy powder coated and the control circuit shall be connected by multi stranded copper conductor flexible wire 1.5 Sqmm in proper colour coding and drawn through in flexible conduit. The panel should be suitable for 415 volts ,50 Hzs, 3 phase,4 wire system ,suitable rating CTs and PTs . internal connection should be made by copper strip in suitable rating ,making incoming and outgoing connection using gland in suitable size including grouting KIOSK on floor (60 CM above the ground surface) in floor angle iron 50 x 6 MM embedded to fixed the KIOSK with nut bolt, floor PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 MM grade stone aggregate ( minium 50 CM above GL and 30CM below GL) complete comprising the following items:-

(a) 04 Nos bus bars equal size made out of aluminium conductor strip in colour coating 600 Amps rated mounting on both side heat shrinkable insulators and PVC sleeving. -01 Set (b) LED indicating lamps of 'R' 'Y' and 'B' phase. Set of three -01 (c) Digital volts meter rating 3 phase class 1 - 01 No (d) Digital Ammeter rating 3 phase 1A class 1 - 01 No (e) Digital kWh (Energy) Meter rating 3 phase 4 W, 5 A class 1 with RS 485 port - 01 No (f) MCCB ,125 Amps rated, 4 pole, TPN, 415 volts grade , 36 KA breaking capacity microprocess+B24or based operated - 01 Nos (As main incommer) (g) MCCB ,63 Amps rated, 4 pole, TPN, 415 volts grade , 16 KA breaking capacity thermal magnetic based operated - 04 No as outgoing Note : (i) Panel drawing shall be approved by AGE(I) for before placing order (ii) All MCCB shall be confirming to Icu 100% and IEC 60947 -2 . in compact series (iii) All incoming and outgoing cables shall be connected with suitable size of cable luggs and cable glands.
