S&F mild steel reducer socket 300x200 mm dia of suitable length including welding mild strip 40 x 6 mm 2 Nos on each joints extended in 75 mm on each side complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wrought iron bail plug 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F well cap for 320 mm dia housing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel centering guide made but of 50x6 mm mild steel flat iron made to shape complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2 Nos MS flat iron 150x15 mm housing clamp for holding to 300 mm dia housing pipe with 16 mm dia MS bolts& nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for packing pea gravels of size 3 ro 5 mm natural shape brought direct from river bank packing around casing pipe to entire depth upto ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for development of tube well by means for over pumping velocity filling 600 PSI air compresser including equipment fitting and supply sodium hepta sulphate 60 Kg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 11.00 above by means for over pumping for subsequent hours untill clear discharge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for biological and potability testing of water sample carried out from NABL approved lab water testing to be done for organoleptic & physical parameter for general parameters concerning substance undesireable in excessive amount for parameters concerning toxic substance for pesticide residual limit and biological test of water smple as per IS 10500:2012 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Yield testing of bore well by continuous pumping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yied of the tube well complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Electric loggingin of bore well perecise delineation of granular zones and also the quality of ground water including reports interpretation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Electric logging shall be carried out by approved agency. (b) Unit rate quoted, developing and testing etc at side of work and renewal of the same on completion from the site including necessary supervison and rental charges of rig mchacine compressor and OP unit (any other T&P not specifically inventioned) and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

Supply lowering jointing and testing MS black coloumn pipe 3 mtr long heavy duty 150 mm bore wall thicknes 5.4 mm both ends flanged with heavy duty flanged not less than 16 mm screwed and welded inside and outside. The flanged ebd making surface shall be smooth including welding of 04 strip of 5.04 mm thick 25 mm wide and 50 mm long conversing pipe and flanged both end flanged having 08 Nos predrilled hole not less than 16 mm including rubber gasket nut bolts and washers, pipe should be duly painted with anti corrosive complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of brick masonery valve pit chamber of size 950x950x950 mm (internal dimension) including PCC, brick work and 3mm thick MS sheet cover, MS frame of angle iron size 40x40x6mm around valve pit, locking arrangement with pad lock of size 50 mm dia brass 6 levers with duplicate keys and paint all steel surface with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type,double door cubical panel boardsuitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volt, 50 Hz and CPRI approved manufacturer factory fabricated with CRCA sheet not less than 3 mm thick having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gaskit to make it dust and vermin proof and general constructions confirming to IS : 8623/93. The LT panel shall be front and back openable and duly compartmentalized for each control grear. The panel should have suitable size of aluminium bus bar three phase 4 wire systerr having current carrying capacity 400 amps of the incomer MCCB. The panel should have the following incoming and out going controlls duly fixed with the panel by means of suitable link plates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (PCC platform of suitable size for mounting the LT panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rate) complete all as specified and directed. (i) MCCB 4 pole, 35 KA with adjusable thermal setting, 415V, 160 Amp-01 No. (ii) MCCB 4 pole, 35 KA with adjustable thermal setting, 415V, 100 Amp-01 No. (iii) Star Delta starter comprising of 3 pole contractors suitable for submersible pump motor capacity with thermal over load relay complete - 01 No. (iv) Motor protection relay for single phase, over load, over voltage. (v) Digital volt meter 0-500 volts. (vi) Ammeter 0-500 amps with suitable size of CTs (vii) All connection to be done through suitable size PVC insulated copper cable. (viii) LED RYB indicator- 01 Set. (ix) MCB TP 32 Amps 10 KA - 01 Nos. (x) MCB SPN 32 Amps 10 KA - 0 No. (xi) Single phase preventor - 01 No.

S&F PVC insulated flat copper submersible cable heavy duty 25 sqmm 3 core, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set, electric driven, 415 V, 50 Hz, three phase, 30 HP, 22 KW, speed 2900 rpm (sync), delivery size suitable for 150mm NRV, having discharge capacity 1000 litres per minute at 75m head, suitable for lowering inside existing casing pipe of bore well (300/350 mm) including necessary jointing with MS column pipes with flanged joints, with rubber gaskets, nut, bolts and washers of required size and including electrical connection from starter panel to motor with submersible cable, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Column pipe with flanged joints and submersible cable will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The cost of necessary T&P shall deemed to be included in rates quoted.

Supply, laying jointing testing DI pipe 150 mm bore with flanged ends (both ends flanged) centrifugally cast class 'K 9' in trenches/floor complete including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber or fibre board gasket flanged joints and fittings suitable for 150 mm bore DI pipe with suitable size nut bolts & washers of required numbers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ductile iron fittings or special for flanged ends size up to 150 mm bore pipes conforming ti IS : 1538, like bends (any radious and angle ) taper any type ( Straight, end increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tail pieces single branches, Ý' junction double branches,crosses (all flanged ends) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting jointing making water connection with 150 mm dia existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore sluice valve heavy duty both ends flanged class PN-1.6 with high tensil brass spindle cast iron head perated wheel and cap top, nut bolt & washers including 3 mm thich rubber gasket joint complete.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out for taking out/laying of CI/DI pipe line all as specified and directed.

Retunring filling in including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point all as directed.

Supplying, Connecting, commissioning and testing heavy duty XLPE insulated, PVC armoured sheathed 1100 Volts grade 3½ core 50 Sqmm aluminum conductor laid in trenches/ducts completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and laying dry well burnt locally available brick sub class'B' modular bricks laid flat with width equal to the length of whole bricks over cable as cable protection complete all as spcified and directed

M&L Sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches including punning the sand upto 18 cm thick and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness only shall be measured.

M&L for RCC type B1 (1:2:4) 20 mm graded aggregate for column, piller, piers, posts and strust complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing & testing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including earth lead GI strip 25x4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc. made of GI & connected to LT Feeder Piller all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, (1:2:4) B1 & RCC (1:2:4) B1 chamber cover with suitable reinforcement with handle including 15mm bore GI light grade protection pipe upto 7.5m length & 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe and wire mesh, funnel, char coal dust, common salt, wire mesh etc. all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F strucural steelrolled section such as joist beam channel angle tee in avilable length all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore cast iron non returning valve, heavy duty both end flanged with nuts, bolts and washers including 3 mm thick rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore discharged head both end flanged with nuts, bolts and washers including 3 mm thick rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.
