Supply, installation, Commisioning and testing for Chemical dosing system metering type, capacity to deliver 27LPH max & adjustable from 10% to 100% through Knob and suitable to inject against 5 Kg/cm2 pressure duly operated by 415V/3ph power supply, Chemical Solution preparation tank of 200 Ltrs capacity made out of FRP (made with Bisphenol resins) having port hole on lid for pouring chemical, water inlet connection, overflow and drain with valve, outlet connection with PP ball valve for transferring solution to chemical dosing tank of 100 Ltrs capacity made out of FRP (made with Bisphenol resins) having port hole on lid, inlet connection and tank lid duly mounted with agitator made of Stainless Steel -316 operated with single phase FHP electric motor for dissolution of chemical, dising pump shall be complete with inlet /outlet check valves, strainer cum foot valve and tubing for suction/delivery injection line including fittings etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of dozing system - Chloromax/ Aqua Mech/ Enviro Fab/ ION Exchange.

S & F in repairs of MCB TPN DB 4 Way, (4+12) suitable for flush mounting and surface mounting, conforming to IP 43 - IK 09 with acrylic door with 100 Amp copper bus bar for each phase, complete with din rail, Neutral and Earthing bar after taking out the old unserviceable DBs, connection complete and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Changeover LT panel, indoor type cubical panel board, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated, CPRI approved compartmental design with locking arrangements, weather and vermin proof with proper ventilation slots, free standing floor mounted with copper busbar 630 Amps for phase and neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulators with powder coating finish with necessary internal wiring and provision of metering facility, and digital Volt meter and Ammeter including dismantling and taking down the unserviceable existing LT panel comprising of the following:- INCOMER:- (i) MCCB 4 pole 400A, 415V, 50Hz, 25 kA - 02 Nos. (ii) Changeover switch 415Volt, 50Hz, 4 Pole, 400 Amp - 1 No. OUTGOING:- (i) MCCB 4 pole 250A, 415V, 50Hz, 16 kA - 01 No. (ii) MCCB 4 pole 160A, 415V, 50Hz, 16 kA - 01 No. (iii) MCB TPN 40A, 415V, 50Hz, 10 kA - 03 Nos. (iv) MCB SPN 20A, 415V, 50Hz, 10 kA - 02 Nos METERING & INDICATION:- (i) Ammeter, Digital type, 0-200 A with CTs- 01 set. (ii) Voltmeter, Digital type 0-500V with - 01 set. (iii) R-Y-B phase indicating lamps with 3 Nos. - 01 set. (iv) Internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor duly crimped with copper lugs ferruled.
