M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering for bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed

Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge

S&F 2nd class hard wood, plain fillets, sectional area exc 13 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with screws and PVC plug of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Work will be executed through specialized firm and certificate of Echo free will be furnished from certified agency before completion of work

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC any colour casement (Openable) Door with frame made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chambered, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Door transmission gear made of mild sleel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) [and 8mm thick toughened glass etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note- Rate quoted by contractor shall include, the cost of 8 mm thick toughened glass and other connected accesseories.

Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof stainless steel wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75sqm) comprising of UPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), appropriate dimension of UPVC extruded glazing beads and UPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing the frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
