M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr deep and getting out and laying HT UG Cable complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling in foundation/ trenches including spreading leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' brick old size laid flat in trenches across the length for protection of cable as cable cover complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of under ground cable provided in layers of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after the cable (Punned down to 18 cm) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned thickness as 18 cm shall be measured and paid)

Laying only XLPE insulated , screened ,pvc bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with alluminium conductor 11000 volt grade having cross section area of 120 Sq mm 3 core "E" grade complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' store free for fixing.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of Transformer copper wound step down 200 KVA outdoor type, trolley mounted 11/0.433 KV at NO load, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC with oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HV side and star connected in LV side in accordance with vector symbol DY-II with neutral brought out on secondary side and having tapping in step + 2.50 % + 5% and 7.50% to be changed by mean of hand operated OFF load tap changing gear including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings accesories as specified in SSR Part -I and as per revise IS -1180, 2014 (revel 2), Transformer should have cable end terminal box on LV and HV side, oil temperature gauge, dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent, oil conservator tank, explosive vent, rating and terminal marking plate, oil level gauge, oil drain and filter valve, providing independent earthing terminal for neutral and body complete with all other standard accessories etc as specified and directed with following fittings :-

(i) Oil conservator tank with filling holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (ii) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe and first fill of dehydrating agent. (iii) Air release valve plug. (iv) 01 No 100mm dia type thermometer vapour pressure type having rating 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washers. (v) Themometer pocket on tank cover. (vi) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers. (vii) 02 Nos earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate GI earth strip. (viii) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (ix) Two no GI tubing light grade 100mm dia 60cm long embedded in brick/wall on LT/HT side for drawing UG cable. (x) First filling of oil confirming to IS-335 and tested upto 50KV/2.5mm dielectric strength. (xi) Lifting lugs/hook. (xii) Oil drain valve with plug. (xiii) Cable end termination boxes on HV and LV sides. (xiv) Explosive vent. Note :- (i) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning of the transformer system and be included in the items and are covered agaisnt the quoted rates. (ii) The Transformer shall be tested at manufacturers factory before dispatch in the presence of rep nominated by GE. The following tests shall be carried out :- (a) Routine Test as per IS- 2026. (b) Type Test as per IS- 2026. (iii) Pre-commissioning test of Transformer :- Pre commissioning test of Transformer shall be carried out before completion of the work in presence of EI/SEI.
