(a) Package type / Central AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR to 16.5 TR (Total - 17 Unit)

SCOPE OF WORK:- (a) All equipments under contact will be serviced as per OEM schedule during the contract period as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) All break down calls will be attended to during the contract period. (c) The compressor will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect is found the same will be replaced. (d) Safety controls such as pressure cut out, PCBs, display units, expansion valve, solenoid valve, control relays, contorl switches, thermostate any type, temperature gauge, all sensors, digital thermometer, flow switch , installed in refrigeration system , AHU room, water circulation system will be tested for proper functionig and in case of any mal-functining they will be replaced accordingly. (e) Air filters will inspected , cleaned properly. (f) Cooling coil will be inspected , cleaned properly. (g) The blower motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended to. (h) The driver set of the blower section will be inspected, belt tension adjusted and belts changed to made functional. (j) Any defect in the electrical items such as contatcor, relays, PCBs, display units, controls wiring and other items in control panel of chiller unit will be attended and replaced . (k) Refrigerant gas will be topped up in the system as and when necessary. (l) Condenser water pumps with motor will be checked for satisfactory functioning , any minor repair to them, if necessary, will be carried out by Contractor without any extra cost. (m) Cooling tower nozzles will be inspectd and attended to for proper spray and replaced, if necessary.

SCOPE OF WORK (CONTD...) :- (n) Contractor will carry out cleaning of the cooling tower sump regularly in a contract. (o) Any repairs in the condenser coil will be carried out by contractor without any extra cost. (p) Repairs to refrigerant pipiing will be carried out by contracator without any extra cost. (q) Descaling of the entire refrigeration system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (r) Descaling of condensor after opening of both end cover, circulation of descaling solution using pump for circulating descaling solution and manually using nylon brush of size 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 inch descaling rod etc without damaging copper tubing and refixing of side cover sheet of 3 mm thick and replacement of rusted nuts bolts etc. (s) Descaling and flushing of cooling coil complete with chemical brushing to fins, bends and cleaning complete. Note : - (i) Rectification of any breakdown of any AC plant will be rectify the fault and restart the plant within 24 hour after receipt of complaint. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and from) for all kind of necessery equipment/T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iii) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically, so contractor to specefy the telephone No who will receive the complaint . Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of T&P required to carry out repair and staionery for upkeep of records etc.

SCOPE OF WORK (CONTD...) :- (iv) The Lowest Bidder will submit MOU on the stamp paper of Rs 100 as per specified performa given by the deptt from the OEM with in one month for 11 months, the contractor will liable be cancelled & further action to be taken as per the policy in vogue of the defaulter. (vii) The detailed AC mechanics name and their telephone No will be submitted to this Office to call on necessity. (viii) The complaint register will be maintained by the contractor and the contractor will obtain the compleint from JE/AGE E/M office on every working day at 0900 hrs or be infromed telephonically by the deptt at any time. Two Mobile Nos to be maintainined by the contractor to cmmunicate the complaints. (ix) The decision of the GE as to particular repair is minor/major will be final and biding. (x) All breakdown call will be attended to during the contract period. (xi) In case the complaints not attended timely within 24 Hrs a penalty of Rs 500/- per day will be charged.

PART-II

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminum fan 900mm dia (set of four blades) fitted for cooling tower 40 TR with nut bolts/square key to fit with motor shaft slot and all as specified and directed.

Supply and errecting in replacement of squirrecage induction motor 5HP 415 volts, 960 RPM with long shirpt, mounting with nut bolts, FI clamps on cooling tower frame and all as specified nd directed. Note :- The old unserviceable retrieved above will be deposoted at E/M store yard and taken in to charge .

Supply and fix in replacement Pressure Gauge 100mm dial 0-21 Kg/cm2 rating complete all as specified and directed .

M & L in replacement of butterfly valve, both ends flanged and drilled, size 80mm bore, (ISI marked) including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L in replacement of butterfly valve, both ends flanged and drilled, size 65 mm bore, (ISI marked) including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L in replacement of butterfly valve, both ends flanged and drilled, size 50 mm bore, (ISI marked) including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rewinding of electric motor three phase of capacity 3 HP by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding thoroughly and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge with proper class of insulation and applying varnish , drying etc including reassembling the motor, reinstallation in same position complete including testing complete all as directed.

M & L for rewinding of electric motor three phase of capacity 5 HP to 7.5 HP by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding thoroughly and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge with proper class of insulation and applying varnish , drying etc including reassembling the motor, reinstallation in same position complete including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully and Repairing/Servicing of Monoblock pump capacity up to 3 HP by disconnecting the pump dismantling of shaft from the pump, replacing the unserviceable wornout bearing, gland packing, seal, impeller and bushing including rewinding with superior quality copper winding wire insulating material, varnishing winding etc including reassembling, replacing rusted nuts, bolts, washers, checking and adjusting the alingment, connecting electric connection complete all as specefied and directed by and assembling after repairs complete testing to entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade including all fittings and acessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of gun metal globe or gate valve suitable for 20 mm diameter GI pipe with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of float valve/ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (minimum weight 20 mm-210 gms of size 20 mm size dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable copper stranded conductor, 1100 volts cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 3 core including removing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable copper stranded conductor, 1100 volts cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 3 core including removing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of fully DOL starter suitable for 3 Phase 400/440 volts 50 cycles/seconds for 3 HP,/ 2.2 KW, capacity motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of fully DOL starter suitable for 3 Phase 400/440 volts 50 cycles/seconds for 5 to 7.5 HP, capacity motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermometer installed at the CI/GI/MS water main lines of 80 mm diameter all as specified and directed.

Supply, install testing and commissioning in replacement of monoblock/Centrifugal Pump with motor 3.7 KW/5 HP, 750 LPM at 20 mtr head including electric connecting, earth strip connection, with suitable size of nut bots washers ect complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/Crompton/KSB or equivalent Note:-The old unserviceable retrieved above will be deposoted at E/M store yard and taken in to charge .

Supply and Fixing in replacement of PVC fills of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm for disemminate the heat of inlet water at AC Plant cooling tower with all necessary fittings and all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of MS pipes heavy duty grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls or ceiling or ground etc of 80 mm size including nut, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of MS pipes heavy duty grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls or ceiling or ground etc of 65 mm size including nut, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of MS pipes heavy duty grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls or ceiling or ground etc of 50 mm size including nut, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement of supply/return Air Grill with VCD of existing size complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L For duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/Cum, with favctory laminated aluminum vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 40mm all as specified as following :- (a) Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated)by scraping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX Compound. (c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular over laps with and including aluminum foil tape 50mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel strips of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr and all as specified and direcrted.

M&l for cleaning main duct and sub duct including supply and return air grill, from AC plant to WT/DB-6/SES/Gykol Kupal/Signal Centrre at each AC plant complete all as directed .

Supply , Assembly and erection in replacement of GU sheet with C&SS rectangular/square dut made out of 'L' shaped hallow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 guage and all as specified and directed. Note: All accessories/material required for proper functioning of duct shall deemed to be included in quoted Rate.

M&L Painting of CI/GI/MS pipes of Air/ Water distribution of size 100 / 80 mm dia along with side supports, Cooling ltower pipes, supports channels complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide including scrapping using of scrape paper and removing rust part and finishing of smooth surface all as per colour code directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB 4 pole 63 Amps, 415 Volts including existing type lugs/thimble complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling,cleaning and re fixiing of Cooling tower with Motor and fan upto 50 TR Capcity including replacement of all Nut bolts, bolts washers of existing size, replacement inner side water pipe PVC/MS of exislting size along with all type plumbing, welding, steel work including civil work complete all as specified and directed. Note: All accessories/material required for proper functioning of Cooling tower shall deemed to be included in quoted Rate.

(iv) Supply and fix time switches 415V three phase of 32 amps rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure.Nos- 2
